Last night I tried to order at the drive thru. I had the rudest interaction with the lady taking orders. She was so rude and... hateful and kept cutting me off. She kept interrupting me and telling me to wait again in the middle of ordering. I've never hadsuch a rude person take my order before. This is by far the worst McDonald's in Bloomington/normal. It's like no one there has a clue what they are doing. The owners... should really step it up and get people trained. If i could give less stars i would. I will neve go to this location again Read more
I will not be returning to this location bc of the early morning staff (6am). 3 different times I have experienced long wait... times in the drive thru when no one is waiting in line receiving wrong food and then being disrespected from the lady that takesmy order. I know everyone is struggling with staffing but being kind goes a long way. Read more
I took down my 5 star rating and it will not go back until I get an apology and my order replaced. Stopped in for a simple ice... cream sundae with my fiancee - well normally that should be rather uneventful, nearly $8.00 for 2 sundaes? Since when?Umm no.On top of that as the gal at the drive through shoved the sundaes out the window - she never bothered to secure the lid on thesecond one so it dripped all over the outside of my car , my hands, my arm, my jacket, the steering wheel, and the centerconsole, it is NEVER OKAY to be so careless that clothing is ruined or a vehicle gets that messed up. Visited at 10pm on 6-25-22. Was told that cash was only accepted payment. Bought two cokes for $2.22, paid $5.22 expecting $3... change. Received $2.90 in change back in coins, did not give me receipt. Talked to Kelly on the phone and was able to makethings right. I appreciate the prompt resolution by her. Read more
I visited this restaurant yesterday and I ordered spicy crispy chicken sandwiches but they gave me mc chickens. When I call them... for the help and they didn't even responded properly along with cutting my call without even listening to my problem. Very worstcustomer service and I wish McDonalds won't hire that kind of employees. I suggest skip location. Bad customer service. Read more
