So I just ordered pizza from Papa John?s and the first pizza was made correctly but was missing the spicy Italian sausage (which... was $5 extra), so I contacted the location and informed them that it was made missing my Italian sausage on my pizza. I was toldthat I could have it credited back or a new one delivered. So I really wanted my pizza, so I asked for a remake. Waiting anextra 20 minutes to come for the one to come to be under cooked and just sauce in a big chunk of the pizza and an overly rushedjob. I am big on tipping so I tipped the driver $10 the first time he came. But then assuming it was going to be too notch uponit coming back for it to look like this second photo. Very disappointed. My boss bought 4 meat lovers for the crew that came in on Sunday. They sent us 4 cheese Instead of the 4 meat lovers. Always delicious! everyone is so sweet when they deliver. They are always so grateful for the tips. The estimated arrival time... is pretty accurate. It is an estimate because they do run along some bumps in the road when trying to deliver pizza to multiplepeople around the same time. Never have I gotten the wrong order. 8/25/20. This is an updated review from previous bad experience. Last couple times pizza was lacking crust and was... doughy(soggy). Today they actually got the pizza close to perfect. Nice crust, not doughy, nice amount of toppings, and was hot.So they get a 4 star from a 3 this time. Hope it stays that way. These pics is how their pizza should look and taste. Didn'tstay that way. 7/23/21 order was doughy again. They will make it right though. Was offered remake or credit. So if your willingto wait another 30 minutes or so. Read more
Multiple bad experiences make this location too unreliable. Hours of waiting and inconsistency with their staff is... ridiculous. Update: Got the pizza two and a half hours late with a pepper bitten into it. Read more
For what it is deserves 5 stars, always good service and pizza always tastes great, sitting room, but don't eat your food here,... take it home and enjoy, see you guys again soon Read more
