I ordered two thin and crispy pizzas for delivery, along with breadsticks, apple pies, and a 20 oz. Diet Pepsi. My food was... delivered very quickly, but without the Pepsi and the pizza was fresh and hot, but quite soggy on the bottom. I didn?t call andcomplain because the weather was terrible and I didn?t want anyone coming back out to fix anything, but it wasn?t my bestexperience. Everyone has an off day, so I?m not mad at all. I ordered a pizza on the app a specific way. When it was added to the cart and sent to the store it was changed and therefore I... received the incorrect pizza. The store told me they made it the way I ordered it so I went back and pretended to reorder it andI saw the change. I even took screenshots of this. The pizza was supposed to be half pepperoni, half onion and all pineapple.The app changed it to all pepperoni and pineapple and completely removed the onions. I ordered 8 wings and got 6. They were garlic parmesan but there was way too much sauce floating all oily looking in the bottom.... The pizza box was really good tho. I paid for 4 sauce but wings typically come with a dipping sauce and they didn't. Read more
Traveling for business, I arrived late on 8/12/21and stayed at a local hotel. I ordered a medium thin crust pizza, at 7:58pm;... ticket # 0060, that wasn't cut properly & had to tear it apart in order to eat it. Good thing I had napkins. I'm not sure whattype of cheese they used... it was different from other Pizza Huts I order from in St. Louis. Overall the pizza had a goodflavor & the mushrooms were rather thick. It was only myself & I ate most of it except for two slices. The next morning thoughit all came up at about 4am... especially the mushrooms. I wonder if they have training in Food Safety & are certified. Something wasn't right. I've never upchucked a pizza in my life. Didn't eat all day and had diarrhea. I'm fine now but justwonder if I had a little food poisoning from product not kept at proper temps. The mushrooms did look more fresh than cooked. Hope no one else had the same experience on 8/12/21! I?d like to start by saying that shift leader Jared is extremely rude and from experience in working as a manager in food... service should not be a manager. I ordered a pizza online asked for original with pepperoni, ham, mushrooms and bacon andrequested for It to be original crust. After returning home from picking up the pizza I noticed that there were no mushrooms andthis pizza is hand tossed (which has a thinner crust as shown in the picture below). I contacted the store asked to speak with amember of management, had the extreme misfortune to speak with Jared. I explained the situation, after placing me on hold a fewtimes he let me know that he cut the pizza himself (not sure why that mattered) the pizza was still wrong. He asked me what I?dlike for him to do I let him know I?d either like my money back or a new pizza delivered because it?s raining and to travel 15mins in the rain due to an error with this establishment is extremely inconvenient, he began YELLING AT ME, saying ?I?m notgoing to waste my drivers time delivering a pizza marked as pickup? the conversation turned into a back and forth which isextremely unprofessional so I asked for a store manager and will contact store manager Ron in the morning. I get exactly what I expect when ordering from this Pizza Hut. They have friendly counter workers which cannot be said of a lot... of places. We did have trouble with the online ordering tonight. Read more
