My sandwich was only half the size it was supposed to be and it was burned. They refunded the cost but really a disappointment.... They should have thrown in a free one too. Not very customer oriented. Read more

Ok, it's a decent sandwich shop. Definitely a step up from Subway, but not amazing.

I normally love going to Potbelly with my girlfriend and have never had issues before. At this particular location, however, we... did not have a pleasant experience. She ordered an original chicken salad sandwich on white and the lady put in a chicken club.When it reached the next person and he informed the original lady that the wrong sandwich was put in, she shook her head androlled her eyes and put in a chicken salad? on wheat. To top it all off the lady behind the register was very condescending whenwe asked for a drink, and when we said yes to a receipt she brushed us off with the ?have a nice day? and did not provide uswith one. Only reason this is 2 stars and not 1 is because I normally like the food here. Read more

I haven't been here in 10 years and just went today with my girlfriend (her first time). She loves it. I still love it. The food... tastes identical to how I remembered it long ago. Still great quality food for an amazing price. Highly recommend here at leastonce. (Preferably more) Read more

My family and I have ate here for years. Recently I have not been too impressed with their customer service. We placed an order... through door dash and received an alert that our order was canceled due to the store not being able to fulfill the order. Icalled the store to double check and see what happened and I was rudely explained that there were 20 customers and they were notable to take any online orders. I can understand a delay in service but to completely cancel an order and then not beapologetic about it was an interesting approach. Another recent time that we visited, it took us about 30 minutes to getthrough the line and there were only 5 people. It may be worth having extra staff on hand to handle the dinner time rush.
