Completely backed up. Waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order. Finally cancelled my order & left.
Asked for hot and they made iced. Barista seemed annoyed and made a hot drink. It was disgusting.
Something has changed here, for the worse. My online order was 20 min late, the food was done first so it was cold by the time... everything was done and they did not make my drinks as specified. I asked for a manager but none was on site. Clearly corporatestarbucks has changed to take more online orders than the stsff can keep up with. Read more
A simple cold brew and scone order due at 6:29 ended up being 6:52. Seriously? Lobby full of people waiting almost 30 min for... their orfers, many abandoning them. Dropped my score to a 2. They are getting worse. Read more
One of my favorite spots to connect with friends. Sip coffee. Have deep conversation, or lighthearted banter. People watch. Busy... place with excellent service. Love the vanilla sweet cream cold brew on a warm summer day. Gotta go Venti or you will wish youhad ordered more. Drink it slow though because you will get a caffeine buzz! ???? Read more
Literally waited FOREVER for two easy drinks. The lady next to me waited 35 minutes for her drink. PLUS, it was a MESS in... there?coffee splatters on the ceiling and on the health shield between the customers and baristas. Will not use this Starbucksagain. Read more
I showed up on my birthday, today, telling them how my rewards was it on the app. I even offered to show my ID. The lady... checking me out got the manager to ask about the situation, and she said to just give me the drink. So I order. I?m waiting formy drink, as I notice the lady behind me gets her drinks for me, and then 11 others got theirs before me. I waited for 30minutes. So I left. This felt amazing on my birthday! Read more
