The night shift (minus a few of the cashier's and... the market register ) is snobby rude and if they don't agree they talk to you like their God . Stopped in for shakes on a hot afternoon. Braom's ice cream is always fresh and full of flavor. It makes the best shakes around.... Pricing is very reasonable compared to many ice cream shops. When in Braum's territory, it is the place to go. Read more
I used to go to this Braums all the time and it was always what was to be expected from any Braums. But lately it?s been really... bad. One time my shake tasted absolutely NOT right. Like it had soapy water in it or something. The next time I went my shakewas barely even blended. It was milk on top and solid ice cream on the bottom. I know mistakes happen but they have beenconsistently bad and messed up my order the last 5 times Iv been here. I no longer go to this location and I think they need totrain their staff batter. Service was great but the hamburgers weren't the best. The buns were soggy around the edges. The pickles and lettuce were tough... and chewy. This was at the dinner hour so they were busy. My milk shake was good. I will probably return in the future. Read more
I swear every time I come here the employees seem miserable like customers are inconveniencing them. I usually don?t write bad... reviews but this time was just so bad. I felt rushed when ordering, I understand the pressure since it was busy but still?I wasrushed and clearly wasn?t listened to after repeating my order multiple times and had it read back to me and it still came outwrong. On top of that I found not only one, but two long pieces of hair in my ice cream. So I guess no hair nets??Disappointing. Read more
Cheeseburgers are hard to get wrong, and they scored a solid 5 for 5 on them. But the chocolate milkshake was a 8 out of 5... stars!!!! Good service and clean. Only complaint is the fry serving could be just a bit larger, I love crispy crinkled cut friesand could have had a few more. Read more
My buddy absolutely loves Braums and so whenever I come into town I know just where he wants to go for a fast meal and tasty... dessert. I got the bacon cheeseburger combo, which included crinkle cut fries an a drink. The bacon on my hamburger was crispy,which is just the way I love bacon! For dessert I got a mint chip shake. I tell you what no one makes a good shake like Braums,and I see why my buddy loves this place so much. Read more
Nice people and great frozen yogurt my wife and I love it and will probably get some today as well. It's a fun day since she has... minor surgery tomorrow so maybe we will see y'all there check em out totally the least busy location in my opinion every time wehave gone like one or two people in front of us but plenty of workers so we really have never waited. I will say they shouldlight the location up a bit more and put more frozen yogurt on the junior cone and not all lopsided please lol. Read more
