They claim they don't take orders from the mobile app. Funny thing about that is.... I ordered from this location 2-3 weeks ago... from the mobile app, order went through and was delivered. Funny how that works, isn't it? They took the money from my account,then they canceled my order that they claim they never received, and refused a refund. Folks, this exact issue is a recurringtheme with this place. As far back as June of 2020, they've had this exact problem. People will place orders on the mobile app,it'll get picked up by some third party delivery person, then they'll cancel the order and refuse refunds after claiming theynever got the order. Funny thing about how these app systems work.... the order doesn't get printed out or put up on a screenuntil payment is secured or cash is selected for an instore pickup. Read more
Today?s order #95 3 meals ordered. ZERO fries for the three orders! I?m waiting on the one time you all get my order... right... Btw don?t offer frozen drinks if you can?t upsize the customers desired size of drink if your machines can?t stay upwith the product you sell then stop offering frozen drinks... Order accuracy is horrible. I made a mobile order. Instead of the "impossible" whopper, they gave me a regular whopper, which I... noticed after coming backnto my car (passing through the entire casino). Also, the ice-cream cone was missing from the order. Read more

Decent service. Only issues really are the length of time it takes from ordering to recieving my order due to the fact that they... prepare orders as they are made. Also, from time to time, ive had to wait for a long while just for an employee to be around toactually take my order. These experiences have taken place in the late night hours however. Read more
I've never been a big fan of a chicken nugget things it's so spicy chicken nuggets and for the price of them I'm glad I bought... 10 boxes when I take them back to the shop or I wouldn't get any cuz the guys only want one or two they didn't say boxes I justthought they met spicy chicken nuggets Read more
There is only 2 people in the whole store. We got our prder after about 15 minutes and we were missing items. Honestly just... disappointed in management skills. Read more
