Ive been here a few times now, and I believe this to be one of the best healthy and fresh food options in Norman right now! The... service is kind, and the food is always great quality. This latest time I went I did wait extra time for my food after orderingonline, but I understand as the line did not die down the entire time I waited in the restaurant. The food was fantastic! Service was not anything to complain about on our visit. I?ve read the other reviews and did not... personally experience any of those things so for us we will definitely be frequenting this eatery. The food was fresh and tasty. The options were great. It was easy to find options for all dietary needs which is hard to do at... most restaurants these days. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions. The service was quick as well whichwas surprising for such fresh prepared food. Woah! Amazing place! Must try! For their first day open, I was impressed and in awe! Quality of the food is delicious! So many... different colors and fresh ingredients! The price got me at first but after taking my first bite and seeing the portion I wasleft amazed. 100% worth the price for the quality, quantity, and service! Employees were great, very friendly and patient!Restaurant was clean with a very beautiful and modern design. I did a grain bowl. Saffron rice, braised lamb, tomatoes, pickled red onions, olives, and a lemon herb tahini sauce. I could not... finish the bowl and had leftovers for the next day. So yummy and so filling. The app is great because you can add diet specificsto set. Like sugar free sesame free gluten free etc. The people were doing their soft opening and it was so busy but the peopleremained calm, helpful, and hospitable. Absolutely disgusting. I?ve ordered from here a few times, never really my choice. Each time the food is flavorless, they drown... it in this overly sour sauce, and they can?t fold a pita to save their life. Here?s a picture of how many shallots they out inmy pita. I couldn?t hold it because it was so soaked in liquid it fell apart. Go to literally any other Mediterranean place intown.also my falafel was nasty. Anybody saying this food is good has no taste.
