Under cook my whole meal. I ordered a steak and asked for it Medium and it was rare. Didn?t complain because I?m not normally... picky. Had an issue with my drink and our server handled it no problem; she was a saint!! Ordered my husband a to-go burger andbrought it home to him and it was RAW!! It was my first time ever trying Charlestons and honestly, I doubt I?ll be back. ????????DELICIOUS KALE & QUINOA SALAD!???????? During my most recent visit to Charleston's, I branched out from my usual... entrees and went with something lighter. It was the best decision I could have made. I've officially experienced the Kale &Quinoa Salad and there's no going back for me. Combine baby kale, quinoa, cabbage, grilled chicken, mint, green onion,cilantro, mango, green apple, dates, spiced pecans, honey-lime vinaigrette, and peanut sauce. That's the Kale & QuinoaSalad! The minty freshness blending with the juicy fruit absolutely makes it for me. This salad is a joyride of flavors andtextures--somehow not overwhelming itself, despite 13 ingredients. Nutty, crispy, fruity, crunchy, tangy, sweet, sour, zesty,minty, and savory, varying a little from bite to bite. The chicken is fork-tender. And with a honeyed sweet roll on the side?I'm a goner. Tonight we decided to try someplace new so we flipped a coin and settled on Charlestons!!! So glad we did!! Charlestons is an... amazing eatery with excellent service. My husband and I were provided with water all evening to start off, not once where weleft without something to drink! The service staff work together phenomenally!!! ?? Our server for the evening was Jacob and hedid wonderfully. We enjoyed the queso with chips to start off our dining experiences hold the cilantro along side one of themonths specials, the pink diamond martini. Crispy chips and creamy cheese with guacamole. My husband ordered the oven chickenand myself the Chicken Picatta with an amaretto sour. Everything was cooked perfectly and the portions were spot on!! We shareda MASSIVE slice of carrots cake that tasted homemade icing and all which we wound up taking half home. Ten out of ten! We'll beeating here again!! Read more

Really wonderful service and good food. The queso was great. The ceasar salad was delicious, and so was the croissant. The... Brussels sprouts were wonderful. The pork chops and mashed potatoes were wonderful. Every employee, from the front door toleaving, were super helpful and kind. Read more
Great food, great service, what more can you ask for. It still is just a chain but the quality didn't fail like most chains. I... wish they still brought a basket of croissants to the table like they did years ago but then again, I really don't need theextra filler. Read more
