I am super disappointed that I cannot order a spicy grilled chicken sandwich for delivery at any Norman location. If I wanted to... spend $95+, I could order 10 of them on sub buns, but I just want 2 spicy grilled sandwiches. We diabetics have to watch ourcarbs so breaded chicken is a high carb loaf with a wrap, or even a bun. Why can I get a spicy grilled chicken entree if Idrive to the store & order it, but I can't order it for pickup or delivery? Is it too hard on your workers to have this optionon Doordash, Uber Eats, or Postmates? So disappointed! Read more

Have always loved this place until they raised the prices and started making the chicken biscuits so small. They will literally... put any scrap of chicken on there. Do not get what you pay for anymore. Unfortunately this is how all big companies do, they aregreat at the beginning and then start ripping off their customers. I absolutely love using their app to order ahead. I choose to do curbside pickup and they are pretty fast about getting my order... out to me. The food is always good and so is the service-even for curbside. I will use this Chick-fil-A often. Read more
Best chick-fil-A in Norman by far! I always use curbside and never have to wait long no matter how busy they are. They are also... one of the few Chick-fil-A's that will make their fries well done so I specifically come here even if it is a further drive. Line staff is great. Lower Management fair, Middle management and MOD and probably top dog are horrible, they just try to run... out the clock so they can avoid making things right. The packaging is the worst in the food biz. The trainees should be trainingthe worst management of any bussiness of any type I have ever encountered. Things are getting worse not better.
