The best thing about this location is, it tastes the same as back home. We sat in the bar booth seating area and the service was... 4-Star. The barkeep made some 5-Star margaritas. All in all, my friends and I couldn?t complain, Great job! Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Food took forever to come out, we had an order of big mouth bites served to us that were... petrified, as hard as a rock. The "food runner" that brought out the food said we are out of things and nothing else. Everydish had a missing side. Ribs were very tough on the edges. The manager comped the big mouth bites. I'm mind blown we had topay anything. We didn't eat anything and if food comes out of the kitchen like that I can't trust anything else. We have visited this Chili's a few times while working near Norman and it has always been good. We were there at 11:00 AM... recently with nine in our party. The service was great and the food was hot and served quickly with a pleasant smile. Read more
No, they do not clean and sanitize tables between visits. We found crumbs, a twisted up straw and a silverware set in the... bench. Waitress was curt and unhelpful. We asked if the Onion Petals have milk in the breading. Her reply, "I don't know. Theycome frozen." When we ordered a Steak and asked for medium rare, we received a medium well steak topped with Garlic Butter. Wedid not see the butter listed in the description, and nor did she alert us to it. Was looking for a burger and a place to watch sports and this grill and bar was just right. Service was spot on. Food was tasty... and the place was clean. They have several TV to watch sports so I was happy. Will be back again. Read more
It took super long to get our food. Poor service too! I had to ask to get my water refilled. That even took a while. Ordered the... chocolate chip cookie with ice cream for dessert. It came half melted. The ice cream was refrozen with ice milk chunks in it.Overall a really disappointing experience. Read more
