Very nice for the chain. Games require purchase of a card preloaded with credits. Tables were clean, staff helpful, food was... freshly made and buffet maintained better than most. Salad didn't have tomatoes but fresh bell peppers, lettuce, pickle slices.Bananas peppers in water (?) plus a few other salad items and pasta salad. They had 5-6 different pizzas, cheese bread sticks,noodles, marinara and another sauce, and then 3 different desserts including brownies and cinnamon rolls. Women's bathroom wasclean. I loved the fact that this place has brought back the apple pie pizza dessert. So delicious. I just wish they would bring back... the chicken,bacon pizza. Was super delicious, the brownies are very good to. I wish they offered bacon bits for the salad likethey used to. Read more
The salad was brown, the veggies looked old and dried out. There were barely any pizzas out and they were pretty gross. I went... in looking to try the pumpkin cinnamon rolls and there were none. There were a couple dried out cinnamon rolls that no onewanted to touch. One of the guys putting the pizzas together kept licking his fingers and touching the pizzas. I ordered a create your own pizza and when I did they put it out on the buffet for everyone. And I question them were is my... Pizza. And the manager was on her personal phone have a personal phone call. Other people that worked there was standing aroundwe had another pizza made and they did it again. Read more
Didn't have but 2 pizzas out and they only had a couple pieces of each. Their breadsticks were so greasy they were flimsy and... had no structure. The cinnamon rolls were pure cinnamon, bread and sugar and lacked icing. It seems every time my family and Igo it gets worse and worse. We're disappointed how much this specific location has gone down hill. This was out favorite pizzaplace before 2 years ago. Read more
When we ate at CiCis we never expected excellence, but at least for the food to be edible. My fiancés pizza had a hair on it,... and the cheese sticks were not only under cooked ? they were made with the dough for their dessert sticks. I don?t think there?senough parmesan cheese and peppers to save this experience. Read more
Food was kept fresh and yummy .. the salad bar was clean and organized. The place was exceptionally clean! Staff kept the place... clean and everyone had positive attitudes. Very pleasant visit! Game area rocked! Stelly had a great time! Read more
I get it, it?s cheap pizza but I expect decent service for a place that?s starting pay is better than most Emergency services... agencies. I called in a pizza 2.5 hours before they closed and it seemed like an inconvenience, with an employee having to letus in when we arrived 2 hours before they closed because the entrances were locked. Also no mention of closing early posted,watched multiple people try to enter the restaurant and be turned away by employees ignoring them and not unlocking door. All ofthis before 8:30pm Editing one more time to mention that when I finally tried the pizza when I got home, it wasn?t cooked allthe way. I won?t be back. Read more
