Normally we love Cracker Barrel....We go to the one in Brandon, FL. usually......Hopefully this is isolated to the one in... Norman, OK. When I finally got them on the phone, I ordered 3 "Roast Beef dinners"....w/2 sides each. We Paid $11.79 for RoastBeef and super thick Gravy only. Was charged individually for each side. If something I chose was not considered one of theALLOWED SIDES, I should have been told. 2 baked potatoes that were like rubber...No Seriously!! We had a side missing, probably should be glad, based on the rest of the order. I did ask if I could order a salad as one of my 2 sides. Was toldabsolutely...charged extra for it. No customer service skills. Person on the phone was very friendly but not aware of his jobduties as far as product knowledge. So, I tried calling after we found out what mess there was with the order. The phone rang &rang like when I was calling to order. When it was answered, they would hang up once I tapped 1 for orders. I finally gave up.We care for an elderly relative, there is no time for the irritating issue such as this at dinner time. It'sridiculous! ....still no answer! I'm done! Legitimate complaint.... Always comforting great food love the store to mosey around in after eating. So many cute items changing all the time. Coffee... was good flavored and the chicken and dumplings was divine as always but I got the cheesecake stuff pancakes with strawberrysyrup limited time only but oh so delicious. Read more
The food was pretty good. Our server was kind. We had a tough time getting food. The order was lost multiple times... then... two people at our table received food and two of us didn't... including the youngest. The server was new... and they wereslammed. Food was good ad you see here in picture. Only thing I couldn't understand was the wait time. Store was packed some people even... left to go eat somewhere else. They had plenty of bare tables but they had that section blocked off????. Read more

I eat at CB quite often and this meal was not up to par at all... first I got no butter for my bread, even though requested. I... then opened the meal & it looked terrible. Green beans looked like they were pre-chewed, mashed potatoes were heavy and lackedflavor & meatloaf was dry... But I was famished so I ate what I could and this is what was left.
