Put in online order for delivery called about 55 min later and told driver is on route they only have 1 driver. I'm located 3... miles from the location but couldn't pick up because I was working. Called again 40 min later and told the same thing. Icancelled the order. They said I would get a charge back on my card. Charge went through overnight and I drove to store nextmorning and told it takes 7 to 10 days. 30 dollars with a 25 percent tip.update 10/20 spoke to them again. They said they werelooking into it. I used to love this place but for the last few months it?s taken over an hour to get my sandwich delivered. Today was the last... straw - ordered at 12:30 and by 2pm still had no food. Will never order from them again. Read more
Third week in a row they?ve been out of bread. This time the cashier said they?d add more meat and cheese to the little john to... make sure I didn?t overpay for a smaller sandwich. Spent $12 on basically just 6? of sandwich bread, some chips, and a 10 minutewait. Save your money and go somewhere else on campus. Read more

Worst experience ever at a Jimmy Johns. Since when does it take 20 minutes to make 5 sandwiches at the ?freaky fast? sandwich... shop, especially when there were no orders before mine? Ruined my lunch break completely. Beware. This location is freaky slow.Subway would have been faster. Edit: Items we?re not even correct in lunch boxes! Edit #2: Someone claiming to be the GM saidthey were going to issue a refund on the 24th. It is now the 13th, nearly three weeks later, no refund. Called the store tospeak to said GM, she had an attitude, told me to hold on, hung up the phone. Called back bc I thought maybe it was an accident.Someone clearly answered the phone, and then click, hung up again. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. Update july 2022... D is an awesome sandwich artist and a hard worker!! Tristan always makes me feel like I am a very special... guest at this store. The new wraps are outstanding! Get the thinny chips to go with them. You can not go wrong. I love thestaff. They all treat me so good!! When your sandwich takes up this much space on your table it's must get the maximum stars.Their people are great. Sandwiches always fresh and tasty. Update! Tried the Smokin Chicken sandwich. I?m out in Norman to work with a crew, and we needed lunch. Jimmy John?s refused to sell me 15 sandwiches. I guess the order was... ?too large?. When I called to visit with a manager, the woman refused to tell me her name. Then, she hung up on me. It was okay,though. Pickleman?s was happy to build my team some sandwiches. I love Jimmy Johns but this location needs new management... I ordered my sandwich at 12:30 today and it's currently 2:00 and he... just delivered it. One time they called me after I placed an order and they said they had no drivers... and another time I wentinto the shop and they didn't have any bread.... You make sandwiches you have to have bread. I know times are tough withstaffing but there should be some warning that it will be no where near freaky fast. Read more
