What is the only good thing Little Caesars has going for it? Hot n Ready, right? Right. This location never has any. Like..... every single time I go in they MIGHT have one single pizza. Stepped into Little Caesar?s off Main for dinner on my way home today around 5:30pm. 15/10 rating for customer service, they... have employees working with NO AC, no fan for the woman working the front. (I won?t speak for other areas as I didn?t seethem) The customer in front of me was not very nice over them having trouble breaking $100 bill (when there is clearly a signstating no bills over $50) & the front employee handled it very well for someone who was obviously having a long shift. I?vemade a phone call to cooperate to let them know that making employees work in this heat with no access to AC is WRONG. I went in at 7pm to grab a hot and ready pizza and they didn't have a single one available. Not just no cheese or something but... not a single pizza. They told me it would be 20 minutes before they'd have any ready. Pretty pointless to have hot and readyhours from 4-8 if the store can't keep them available. Read more

I called in a order of 2 crazy bread w/sauce lightly backed with extra butter sauce and cheese and pepperoni pizza with extra... cheese the person repeated back my order and when I got there they only fixed one order of crazy bread and not lightly baked atall and no extra stuff on it. The person told me that the bread was lightly baked and proceeded to tell me the ovens were justto hot but it is lightly baked for sure.
