We got a bad cut of meat and understand that you can't always get a perfect cut. It had a light taste over being to old. The... service was first class. We don't send food back to the kitchen anywhere; we've seen to many 60 minutes shows on food serviceemployees. ???? Read more

First of all, it took 25 minutes to get one bottle of beer from the bar. It was warm. It took literally 45 minutes to get rolls... after she brought out 4 for 12 people. Went to the restrooms and they were trashed. On the way to the restroom I saw thatmanagement was sitting in the office talking, not helping their servers. Upon leaving the store, the restaurant was a mess withlike three tables. The management were sitting in a booth eating instead of helping the staff. Their 25$ steak was a big pieceof fat, service was slow. Wouldn?t go back if I was paid. Do better. Read more

They no longer have their "Onion Brewski" steak, though you can get those toppings for an additional cost. My steak was full of... gristle - luck of the draw?? Hubby's steak was fine. I have eaten there numerous times and had better meal, better service. Andwere we supposed to ask for the peanuts? None brought to the table. Rolls were so hot we couldn't even touch them initially.Hopefully next time will be better experience. Read more

Not to friendly here and the food wasnt all that either had a porterhouse I ask for med well it had to much blood. Mac n cheese... dry. Tea was good and refreshing. The onion rings were delicious until one had a fish taste(I do not eat fish) so that came toan end. The salad was good and crisp. Needless to say I won't be back. Read more

Food was delivered fresh and hot to our table in a timely manner. Logan, our waiter, was very personable and a lot of fun. He... took great care of our needs. Didn't care for the baked beans as they are really just ranch beans. Nice portions and great hotrolls! Gave 4 stars due to the fact that we were seated too closely with other patrons when seating was available to havegreater distance. Read more

The ribs were very well seasoned and cooked, falling off the bone. Only setback was that it was dry - I like my ribs dripping... with moisture and bbq sauce. The mashed potatoes were great; buttery and tasty. The fish was very welled prepared; seasoned totaste with a little crisp to it. The waffle fries were a mildly salty but great with the fish sauce -- the sauce is simplyamazing. The rice weren't overcooked which is what I love: well prepared. The interior has a sorta natural, casual feel - notthe place to visit if you're thinking of dressing up. The staff seems very helpful but few. So consider waiting about 3-5minutes before greeted and seated. Not "the best" but not a bad place to visit. Read more

The taste of the food was OK The rolls were VERY yummy! BUT once we were seated it took me asking for someone to please take our... order TWICE! We were seated at least 45 minutes before our order was finally taken and at least another 30 minutes before ourfood was brought out to us ???? I completely get that someone can be under staffed But PLEASE let the customer know this at theget go! AND to NOT even offer a discount or even a buy one get one offer to go back because I can guarantee you we have NOplans of ever going back!! Sad day ???????? My boyfriend and I made a last-minute decision for steak on a Saturday night, so we decided on Logan's. We figured there would... be a wait, and there was but lucky for us, it wasn't more than 15 min. The atmosphere was a little busy but we never feltrushed. Our server was pleasant and very polite. He would politely ask us to pardon the interruption if he approached and wewere talking - something I wish more servers would do! I wish I could remember his name (red hair is about the best I can do)because he really was probably the best server we have had in a while. We both ordered the 12 oz sirloin. I had a baked sweetpotato and caesar salad, my boyfriend had a loaded baked potato and house salad. Both steaks came out cooked perfectly! However, the food tasted "ok". The steaks, even though cooked perfectly, were "ok" on the flavor scale. I feel like the steaksthere have always been a little on the bland side, which got a 3-star rating but I decided on 4-stars because presentation andservice were really good. Oh, and their rolls are always warm, soft, and delicious! The prices are higher than usual, which isto be expected right now, so we were not upset about this. But if you haven't been out in a while for steak, it may surpriseyou. There were 2 negative things: it was uncomfortably chilly in the restaurant and I had a jacket on the whole time. Secondly, something I can never understand is why in the world are the steak knives so dang dull?! A beautifully cooked raresteak should be easy to cut but I had a heck of a time getting a clean cut with their steak knives. I guess my Cutco knives athome have me spoiled. We vowed to bring our own knives when we go out for steak, from now on. Haha! Overall, the food isedible and we left there with full bellies and satisfied.
