Cookies are always great. Love the chewy pecan ones. A bit pricey but you shouldn't really eat more than one anyway????
Waited until the very last minute to order a cake, that I KNEW I needed 364 days in advance. Great American Cookie saved the day... by beautifully decorating a cake for me. Even with only two employees on duty...I was able to order, pay for, and be on my wayhome to show off my prize in under 30 minutes. If that's not Great Service I don't know what is. Update: today I was contacted by a lady from corporate. She offered me a full refund as well as a free cookie. I appreciate... her making this right! Thank you Savannah! I bought the largest sheet sized cookie cake for my son's birthday. I spent $46. Itwas so thin, we couldn't even pick it up to eat it. It crumbled everytime you picked it up. I called the next day to get anexplanation and was told it was the way the roller rolled the cookie. It was as if they took the amount of cookie dough for asmall cookie cake and mashed it paper thin to make it bigger. I have bought smaller cookie cakes there before and they havealways been at least twice as thick as this one. After calling to complain, the employee never offered to make this right. Iwill not be purchasing a cookie cake from this location again. I would advise anyone against purchasing from this location. Read more
Ordered 2 separate cookie cakes and they turned out great. However, the second one seemed more thin than usual. My only... suggestion to the company would be to get bags for the cookie cakes. It would be really helpful when carrying the cake to thecar in the rain and carrying it around. Read more
