Wouldve rated it way below 1 if possible. Placed an order for lunchtime with my family for delivery. Worst experience ever. I... always order calzones four meat four cheese to be exact. This time i ordered 3 calzones and 2 came without cheese. 2nd time thatmy calzones come without any cheese. I called customer service and i was told give us 25 minutes and we will have ur deliveryorder redelivered. An hr goes by and no redelivery. I called customer service again and was told after calling the store to seewhere my order was at that the manager at location said if i want my order to pick it up myself. Defeats the purpose of orderingdelivery if to get the correct order you have to go out of your way to pick it up yourself. At this point store credit wasapplied. Customer service provided a corporate office number i requested and i called no answer whatsoever. Nobody profesionalto talk to. After dealing with customer service for about an hr i requested a refund. They said i have to speak to the managerat location for the refund. Got transferred over to store and the manager said his driver is the only driver and if i want myrefund i have to wait for the driver to return to the store so i can get that money back. Now this is 2-3 hrs after the driverinitially delivered my order. So very bad customer service. Will no longer use mazzios. Manager said ?you have a history with usfor making complaints? well mind you this is the 2nd time calzones are without cheese so am i not supposed to complain? Im onlyrequesting what i paid for. The sauce was excellent. The pasta was pretty great for modified fast food... The meatballs left quite a bit too be desired. ... Classic filler balls with bit much on the way of actual meat. A pleasant experience, but didn't make you want to line up earlyfor tomorrow's dinner. Read more
I would rate it lower if I could. I was delivered a box of wings over an hour after I placed my order. The delivery finally made... it to me and I was not offered dipping sauce. Just spent 20+ dollars on wings with no dipping sauce because they changed theirpolicy and started charging for it. If you order here, make sure you ask every detail. Apparently they don't inform you ofanything so you have to ask. Read more
Edited to add- after I asked for pizza to be put out without mushrooms, the manager said he had pizzas coming and even brought... us our own plate of pepperoni, but by then we'd already been there over an hour, so the damage had been done. I will change myrating from 1 to 2 stars since he put forth that effort. We got here and paid for 2 buffets and 2 drinks. We were not informedthat the soda machine only had about 5 options available, and none of which were sugarfree except for the Aha water, which isnot good. We are both diabetics and can't drink the other drinks, so we paid for drinks we couldn't drink. There were no cleanplates available except for the first plates we were given. I've been here for over 30 minutes, and I've only gotten 2 pieces ofpepperoni pizza and a salad because they aren't getting pizzas out in a timely manner, and the ones they've brought out all havemushrooms. I don't know why they aren't putting out normal pizzas. I hate mushrooms. They had another pizza ready to go out, butan employee accidentally dropped it all on the ground. They are obviously understaffed. This experience is definitely not worththe $22 we spent. We will go elsewhere from now on. Read more
Just can?t get right. Online ordering was failing, called in but couldn?t except cards, quoted 40mins on delivery and had to go... get cash. 90 mins on delivery food sucks. Mazzios is failing. Hot n fresh or cold and sweaty?soggy sandwich was worse. Read more
Place is outstanding. Walked in to get a other than normal pizza. Noticed on the door they were giving veterans free pizza on... Veterans Day. Really nice of them to do this. Pizza was super delicious and staff was awesome. Read more
