Worst experience ever. Placed a curbside order 55 minutes ago.and still haven't received it. Doors are locked to the... restaurant and they ignore anyone coming to.the doors. Pulled up in the drive thru to cancel the order but its SLOW going. Somany angry customers in this parking lot tonight. An hour waiting on a Happy Meal and three burgers. Now they're telling us theycan't refund our money. Manager says he's here with just three employees. The owner of this McDonalds should shut it downbefore putting his employees and customers through this kind of abuse. Read more

Went in for TWO drinks since the drive thru line was completely packed. I paid at the kiosk and waited for about 20 minutes... before I walked out. The staff in the back just argued and talked about ?walking out tomorrow.? Couldn?t even get the drinks andhad nobody at the cash register for about 30 minutes. If I could give a no star I totally would! My husband and I waited for 20 minutes that was with waiting at the window and... pulling into a stall and nothing my husband goes in to get a refund and they guy that gave him our refund back stated sorrysomeone just ordered a bunch of burgers...ok well it shouldn't be a problem since that's all you do is sling food but whateverdefinitely will not be coming back to this location at least I'll try others before I say I won't be coming back for good! Went through the drive through on my way to work. Thought it would be quick. Didn't order anything extravagant, just a sausage... egg and cheese McGriddles meal with a coke. Asked to wait in the parking spot at the front of the store. TWENTY MINUTES and 17cars going by. They bring out COLD FOOD and apologize that they were waiting on hash browns. I had ordered a pack of cookies with my food for my sister at the kiosk instead of ordering at the counter. The kiosk did not... give me a receipt which I didn't see as a problem until we realized the cookies were missing. We felt bad going up without areceipt, but I was certain I paid for the cookies, so we went up to ask for them. After asking the woman at the counter, andexplaining that the kisosk did not print a receipt, the woman whom we approached got very offended and insisted that there werein fact no cookies on the order. Instead of checking, or explaining that she didn't see them on the order, she insisted that wewere in the wrong and didn't have a receipt so she couldn't give them to us. She seemed very annoyed and like we were aninconvenience, and that we were lying about the situation. Perhaps we took the cookies off the order on accident, yet she didn'teven pretend to care enough to check, again insisting that she was the one who bagged the order and got it bagged to perfection.What ever the case, I was sure I had ordered them, or at least had fully intended to do so. If she was correct, I would havebeen happy to complete a second order. Point is, after she looked at us like we were criminals, I felt like I was in the wrong.Personally, I was very hurt as she made me and my sister seem like some naughty children that were trying to steal $1 cookies.The whole situation was strange, and because neither me or my sister are very confrontational we backed off instead of insistingfurther. If I could give the manager negative stars I would. The manager was completely horrible. And should not be a reflection of the... company. I believe her name was Jay, as I was told, she has braces and works in the am.As a veteran I used my tax exempt andafter I proceed to pay, my card was not working at the moment which is fine ! But she responded ? okay if it don?t work againI?m going to have to move on to the next customer? and I feel as if that?s very unfair because I?ve waited in line severalminutes to be served, and when it came to my turn, I was impatiently rushed. And after all was said and done she encouraged me?to call corporate ? so inappropriate for a manager acting in such a way in front of the employees, she then stated as I pulledto the second window ?next time have working cards?. Because this incident happened in the morning, I gladly didn?t let it determy day but this behavior definitely needs to be addressed it was so horrible, another reason I barely visit McDonald?s becausethe company hires anybody and places anybody in manager positions Read more

I got two double quarter pounders, both are raw in the middle and this is a constant with this location. Be careful eating here,... as they do not cook the meat properly. Read more

This McDonald?s is located off Classen Blvd in Noble. It has a double order taking drive-thru. The dining room is open. The... drive-thru was busy, but I had my order taken, paid and got my hot food in no time. The parking lot is big and the employeeswere professional and my order was correct. Read more
