Workers are not very friendly at all. and aren?t willing to fix their mistakes. One day they would not give me my change back.... Said I paid in exact change based off the receipt. By the same person that took my payment.. Another day they put my order inwrong. When I asked them to fix it. They messed it up again. Double charged me and said they can not refund me because theyalready ran my card made the food.. it seems like a group of friends and family have all been hired on. DOORDASHERS BEWARE! Do not go to this McDonald?s! Got an order for this McDonald?s and it was after the hours of their lobby... being closed. I called ahead to ask what time the lobby closes and they told me it closes at 10:00pm and that I needed to gothrough the drive thru. I proceeded to go through the drive thru when I arrived and the employee with the headset told me to goto the second window, when I got to the second window the employee then told me that I needed to come inside even though I wastold that the lobby was closed and to go through the drive thru. I proceeded to try and go inside, and to what I already knewthe doors were locked and the lobby was closed. The same employee that told me to come inside was then mocking me that hecouldn?t hear me and motioned that the lobby was closed and to go through the drive thru. Another door dasher was having thesame experience as I was. McDonald?s then was taking a good 5 minutes to hand me the order as me and my partner tried to explainwhat happened, and the manager didn?t seem to care. I would advise all delivery service people to avoid this location at allcosts, especially when the night staff is working! DOOR DASHERS: AVOID THIS LOCATION The night staff plays games with door dashers and it isn?t funny. This has happened to... multiple dashers: when you call to ask when their lobby closes, they say 10p. When you go through the drive-they after 10p, theyrefuse to give you orders through the window and tell you to come inside. When you then try to enter the lobby after 10p, thedoors are locked and the night staff mocks you. When you go back through the drive through, they refuse to give your the orderagain and claim to not know what?s going on. Thank you to the other dasher who was ahead of me having the exact same experienceand demanded they give both of us our orders. Otherwise we would have lost time and money. Read more
I used the mobile app to make a good purchase. Went through the drive thru and I've never had such a horrible experience. I... passed the first drive window because I'd already made my app purchase. The guy in that first window started yelling at me toback up and come get a receipt that I didn't need. Then he came up to the second window where I was waiting on my order andbegan scolding me like I was a child. Management standing right behind him. I had to roll up my window to get him to stop.Manager didn't do anything. I will not be back to that location until they get rid of that management staff and that guy indrive thru. Read more
Best location in town. I was very impressed with how friendly And Efficient the staff were. 3 different employees straight up... smiled at me when I smiled at them. I can?t remember the last time that happened anywhere. Food was fast and fries were fresh,they also filled my friends drink for a to go order, and we have never had that happen at a McDonald?s in Norman. I commend themanagement at this location, it really felt like a team of people that enjoy working together. Read more
Very impressed with the quality of service and the manager here. The service was super quick and the restaurant was very... clean. The bathrooms were well stocked and the person that brought our food to our table was very courteous. This McDonald'sis located in a great location. Not too far from the highway nor the University of Oklahoma. If you go to OU you could just walkhere or ride a bike. Give it a try you will be impressed. Chicken biscuit for breakfast was better than chicken sandwich for lunch. Add some honey or ranch dressing, it's a bit dry.
