Spoke w manager Sean and he hung up on me Found this bag In my meal…. Not just parts but the entire bag. He was going to... refund only my tip amount …. Really??? Then I spoke to his boss Erin and she gave me back to Sean. If she is the gm ormanager on duty, shouldn’t she handle what Sean can’t & wont ??? SEAN would not help me& asked me what I ordered 3 timeswhen he had my receipt in front of him!!!!! ????. They further listened to my complaint on speakerphone…. I have to come in here and leave a positive message. The manager this evening of this Olive Garden was amazing. He had a cool... head and great attitude. This was almost a negative post. But due to his very proper words and calmness I would like to say theyare a great place with honest people and still care about a customers service and Enjoyment of the facility. Ordered Togo at the restaurant and was greeted by 2 young ladies, one had on a rainbow colored shirt. But they both greeted us... as we entered. Once the Togo server got to the desk, he introduced himself as Marco and took our order with delightfulpleasantries and responses as we ordered our food. We repeated our order also to insure we had thr correct order. He stayedvery professional during that entire process, even when we forgot to tell him we were tax exempt at the beginning of our orderas we usually do. We had a great dine in experience. Our waitress was great, constantly checking on us & letting us know when our food would be... there. Even the manager came around checking on us too, even while they were busy. Food was delicious & they always have greatcurbside pickup as well! I definitely recommend! Read more
Great lunch today, our waiter was pretty good. He forgot a few things but as soon as we reminded him, he'd bring it. The food... was very good! My friend ordered her chicken parm. with no sauce on it & sauce on the side so they covered her chicken parm withsauce and brought her am extra bowl of sauce. She was hungry so she ate it even though it was not how she'd like it. Everythingwas good until they seated 3 women with 5 or 6 screaming kids across from us. Read more
Food was good. I always get the chicken and shrimp carbonara. Wasn’t too big of a fan of the the strawberry Bellini drink.... Raspberry leads was good. Read more
Edit 11/4/22 : Still positive review for this location. The wait staff so far have been great and the hostesses have seated us... quickly even when they were so full there was only standing room. Whoever the manager is that has taken over this location (I'massuming that is what happened in the last few years) has done a great job bringing it back to life and training thestaff. Previous 2022 review: Since posting my first 2 star I have returned to this location and have been impressed with thewait staff, the food has been great and cooks quick . We will definitely return .
