Closed at 9:05pm on a Tuesday.. Google maps says open until 9:30. The door was locked when i tried it at 9:05. There were 5-6... employees standing around by the counter, staring blank faced at me. I yelled "are you open?" and they clearly heard me, butcouldn't be bothered to even reply. What a bunch of lazy losers. Read more

Portions small, noodles or the worst i ever tasted. Noodles or dry with no flavor. The best thing was the beef and broccoli.

First time coming here. Would give no stars if I could. Placed an order online, supposed to be ready at 7:12, yet here I am at... 7:52 still waiting while they get everyone in the drive thru and all walk ins instead of packing my order. Didn?t get preset right. Left out multiple items but has it on the receipt as paid. Food was old and cold, the workers couldn?t... add extra sauce for orange chicken because it?s not on the menu. Horrible service and food which is unusual. Called immediatelyafter getting home in Moore to see these issues we called immediately for over 2-3 hours taking time in between and never got aresponse or answer. Not a way I?d run a business. Will be finding a new place to eat from now on. At least if they?d answer thephone we could resolve something. There was over 8 employees working so someone could pick up a phone. Word of advice maybe hiresome adults instead of all kids. They?re running it into the ground. Read more

Bought dinner here this evening, I waited 20 minutes for my food after they had me pay and park, I ordered the shrimp and steak... as one of my sides, was told about the up charge which is fine like always, well I get home and go to eat my dinner and theserving size for my steak and shrimp was literally 3 shrimp and a 2 very small steak piece. How is that even a side serving ?How it it fair to up charge me and then give less the half of a serving. I will post a picture so you can see. I have noticedthat their serving sizes are getting smaller and smaller but the prices are going up and up. This is not okay. Be honest andfair and give the right portion. Like I said above I don?t mind paying the up charge for the shrimp dishes but at least putenough in there to make it a serving at least. Also being pulled and waiting 20 minutes for my food was a bit extra. I wasn?tthe only car pulled either, literally every car was being pulled to park and having to wait excessive amounts of time for foodthat is a drive through. We shouldn?t have to park and wait what it takes at a sit down restaurant for fast food. One lady nextto my had waited 35 minutes when I was leaving and she had ordered before me of course as she was there longer then me. This isnot okay. No one offered anything in compensation either to anyone, no discount, no free drink while you wait, no coupon fornext visit, no even an apology for the long wait just here?s your food with a snicker and mad looking face.
