Never order from chains but the ad enticed me. My $13 pizza ended up costing $22 on the app and took forever. Driver game me... someone else's pizza and I spent the rest of the night trying to get through to the restaurant to get help. They were anythingbut. After five calls I trashed the stupid thing (nothing on it I would eat) and made a sandwich. NEVER AGAIN!! Read more

after over a year still nothing. I have nothing but disappointment here. I ordered for over 8 years from this store, and was... loyal to them. Unfortunately October of 2018 I ordered 2 pizzas they arrived over an hour late and burnt and cold. when I askedabout it the Driver just said "sorry" and left, disgruntled at her lack of tip. I sent a private email to them, and heardnothing back. Now I see Papa Johns in closing 100's of locations, and is 4th place of the big 4. I can see why, you're in acompetitive market, you have to at least pretend to care about your long term loyal customers, or this will be the result. Read more
Worst experience ever! This papa johns has horrible service. The delivery guy is rude and acts like he?s on drugs. The order... always comes messed up. Then the customer service afterwards is just as bad! Horrible Read more
