I had ordered delivery tonight. They had used a delivery service that they had partnered with. The drive was not coming. So I... called the store and let them know the situation. They offer to remake my order and personally send one of their employees tocome in deliver my order. It was a very pleasant experience and they righted it a wrong that was out of their control. Really disappointed. Their new melt was "filled" with very few toppings & even less cheese (see pictures of the "meat lovers"... melt). My husband's pizza was good but he asked for it to be cooked well done & cut in squares. They didn't do either one, butonce he put it in the oven for a bit it was good. We don't order from Pizza Hut very often, since we don't live in theirdelivery area. Usually, we are always happy with our order. This time, however, it was just disappointing. Read more
I ordered a pepperoni detroit style pizza, which i have ordered in the past. This time it was terrible!! It had incinerated... pepperonis and lots of sauce, but I'm pretty sure they forgot the cheese! There are way too many pizza places between where Iwork and where I live to eat bad pizza! I chose Pizza Hut since it was closest to my house, next time I will for sure gosomewhere else. Read more
Staff was very nice . Respectful tords me . The lady working front on 8/13/22 around 5pm and 7pm was very awesome. I just got... out of ccdc and need to charging my phone to find a ride . Told her that I wouldn't bother any customers. She allowed me to godo what I needed . That is a true and good employee. Respect ur customer no matter how they look . Rich or poor . Decided it was time for an update. This visit was an ok one. We ordered the Detroit Pizza. Which we found was weird. It was like... an order of cheese bread cut in big pieces. With the cold marinara on the side. Not pizza sauce. Guess we just have to stick tothin crust pizza. The bread stick were great. Read more
