You order at the counter. Fast service and friendly. I got the brisket sandwich and baked beans. The brisket sandwich was good.... Both of the sauces were good. The brown sugar one reminded me of a smokey sauce while the vinegar one had a good l, sugary bite. The buns were nothing to write home about, just a basic white bun. I would not get the beans again. They had a chili flavor tothem and were spicy. Not like jalepeno spicy, but a spicy that grows. My son had the pulled pork and fries. The fries werecrispy and had a slight batter on them. I love locally owned, but won't be back with other options available that are better. Read more

I always tell myself Im going to try something different but Im stuck on the ribs and brisket. Their meat is always moist and... tender with the right amount of smoky flavor before you even add any sauce. I can never decide on hot or mild sauce so I get 1of each to go with my meal. The smokehouse beans, greens and okra with their house ranch are my favorite sides. Read more

Shame. What a sad excuse of a restaurant. $5 for 2 small bbq sauce. (Little plastic cup) $5 really? And what?s with all the... water under the meat and fries?? Everything was soggy. Service sucked. Cashier was rude. No help whatsoever. I will not be back.Seriously DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE Read more

I had seen positive reviews in local Facebook groups about Ray's and decided to try it out. I knew it would be good when we... pulled into the parking lot at noon on a weekday and the place was packed. The food was excellent. We both got the 4 rib dinnerand fries, I got the potato salad and my husband got the Mac and cheese for our other side. They may not have been the absolutebest ribs that I have ever had but they are definitely in the top 3. Added with the spicy BBQ sauce and they come pretty closeto being #1. They are a bit pricey, for the two of us with a tip it came out to about $35 but I highly recommend trying them. Wewill definitely be going more often now. Read more

Stopped in here while in town. It?s conveniently located on Lindsey St about 3 miles from I35. The crew is welcoming and... provided good recommendations. My friend had the 3 meat combo dinner; ribs & double sliced brisket with collard greens and Mac &cheese. He apparently liked it; was devoured quickly lol. Brisket was moist and ribs as well and tender. I had theRays-The-Roof Combo sandwich with chopped brisket and sliced hot links and side of potato salad. The sandwich was on point;chopped brisket was moist and had plenty of sliced hot link with high had a hint of a kick. I didn?t care too much for thepotato salad; it had big chunks of potatoes and is mustard based. The sweet tea was good n point as well. Would recommend Read more

I hate writing negative reviews. .. There though this was the driest brisket I have ever had. The barbecue sauces were extremely... sweet. The turkey was almost as dry as the brisket. The brisket fell apart and not in a good way. Beef jerky has more moisturethan the brisket here. The fries and beans were the only things palatable. I was close to asking for a refund. The only positiveabout the place was its cleanliness. Good social distancing and of you want to do keto here u can as long as u keep away fromthe barbecue sugar sauce. Also the brisket had almost no smoke. Would not go back. Read more
