Cocktails were amazing! Food was disappointing. Bravo to whoever the bartenders are! Excellent drinks and creative twist. If I... left the review for the cocktails alone, 5 stars. The service of the staff along with the quality and execution of the kitchenwas lacking. Our server had the social skills yet was not tentative. Drinks came out slow, food came out quick. I would ofpreferred to wait longer on the food if it meant higher quality. Chicken was tough. Difficult to eat the sandwich when I’dtake a bite and bring the entire chicken with me. The lobster Mac was flavorless. Not worth the the price of $28 in anycapacity. The portion and flavors were absent. I hope it was a bad night for the kitchen. I will come again, thanks to thecocktails, and try different items to get a better grasp of the restaurant in which many speak highly of. Read more
I'm in town on business and looked up restaurants on maps and filtered by highly rated. This place was really close to the top.... The drinks started the evening pretty high, the food was also amazing. Excellent service at the bar from Katie and Brook andthen a band showed up (Thursday night) excellent place for dinner all around!! Read more
We tried brunch. It was good but could do with some improvements. We got the French toast and waffles and biscuits. The French... toast was good but a little heavy, and the presentation definitely could have been better. The chicken and biscuits was muchbetter but there was too much sauce for me. I would get that plate and get the gravy on the side so you can choose how much youwant. The coffee was alright. The side potatoes are not recommended they were swimming in oil. This place is amazing.. food was so good. Service was a 10 star . My husband was interested in purchasing a bottle of the... whiskey they sell . He had not had it before, but wanted to see if he liked it . We ask our server if she could get us a smalltaste of each .. she came back with a taste of each .. We went with the blend . Loved this place and I will be back but had a few things that could be adjusted. I enjoyed the Crab Cake Benedict today and... overall the taste was good but the potatoes were soooo greasy that you could see the grease on the plate and it was more thanjust a little. I would have loved for the the crab cake to be a bit thicker instead of smashed with a touch more salt/flavor.Quality was there was sure. I didn't particularly like the straws being dealt out with bear hands either. Passed the kitchen andsaw in for a brief second and noticed it was also a bit more chaotic and messy than preferred. Straws without coverings arefine but use those beverages napkins please. Service was great as well. The cocktails all looked amazing but it wasn't my timeto partake in an adult beverage. I also thought it was distasteful to allow employees on the clock to sit at the bar in uniformduring peak time. It may be just me and my 25 years experience in restaurants with most of them being in fine dining. Again,still a great brunch spot a grat food for Norman so I will give it another try for sure. What a wonderful restaurant. Everything is made from scratch including the ketchup! Happy hour was great. $6 cocktails and half... off select appetizers. The pork nachos was good but better with a little sour cream. The charcuterie board and bottle of winefor $25 is an awesome deal. Burger had a perfect medium cook on it making it juicy and delicious! I wish I could give a 10? rating. This restaurant is pheNOMenal. Food was the best I've had in Norman. It tasted so high class!... The food is made fresh and you can taste it. The drinks are amazing too. This place is great for introverts and extrovertsalike. The service was on point. I have nothing bad to say and no advice to give. Delicious! My best friend and I got together for brunch. We had never been to scratch kitchen before and loved it! I ordered the... chicken and waffle and we split an order of their French toast. We will definitely be coming back here soon! Read more
