I have had a few issues with sonic, however it is nothing big. It's like everywhere else, too busy, too few employees. However,... the rate of service is still very friendly. no stalls open to order due to the constant construction. customers are force to order at the stand alone ordering area. there... is no shade covering the area, leaving customers to bake in the sun and heat in one of the hottest summers Oklahoma has seen..due to the construction again of course. when carhops are asked any question or have to to anything besides walk your food toyour car they act as if you?re putting them out asking for what you paid for. i was sick of standing in the heat. sweating andhaving to go back to work all sweaty. i nicely asked a carhop if one of the orders on her tray was mine. the lady told me ?if iwould give her a damn minute she would have it?. i called and asked to speak to the manager, i told him my experience.. hisresponse was ?i think she was saying that as a joke. i?ll talk to her?. i?ve never seen such behavior toward a paying customerby an employee in any workplace. Very, very, very slow. We did come at a peak time. But it still took us 30 minutes to get two drinks. Didnt see very many more... orders going out in that time. Its also pretty small. We had to circle three times before a stall became open. Read more

Pressed the button at 3:15 waited until 3:35 to check on my order. I was told my order was delivered to another stall and they... brought it back in and they would get my order right to me. They brought my order that had clearly been gone through by theother customer, it was completely cold. Fortunately, I had not paid and was able to just leave. How nasty to bring food thatyou delivered to the wrong car, let it be handled by a customer and then try to deliver it for full price. If they had madefresh food and brought it to me I would not have a complaint about the time it took. But gross. Read more
