Always love their drinks. I love the crushed ice and am more than thankful they still use styrofoam cups!!!

My order was wrong but they took really good care of us. You don't get good customer service often these days so it was nice.
I ordered a sweet tea with lemon on the SONIC app. I got there and got my drink. I drove five minutes home and realize they put... no ice in the drink. I called the store and all she can say is I?m sorry. They did not offer to do anything to help thesituation. Obviously, when you go to sonic most people like the ice. Very disappointed! 7/23/22 I pulled into the Sonic at 3450 W Tecumseh Road in Norman, Oklahoma with a Type 1 diabetic emergency. My sugar level had... suddenly dropped dangerously low while driving and this was the first place I could pull into. I pressed the button and wasable to articulate an order and tell the young lady I was in a diabetic emergency and needed my drink as soon as possible. Inless than a minute, a car hop was at my car with a drink, preventing an ambulance call or having to have someone injectglucagon, which would still result in a hospital visit. I commend these young ladies and this Sonic for quickly identifyingthis as an emergency, taking it seriously, and helping to prevent a serious diabetic event. Thank you Sonic! This is the worst sonic I?ve ever been to in my 49 years of life! I have memories of me and my grandma going down to sonic and... getting corn dogs and tater tot?s. I go down there today to get an extra long cheese Coney and some onion rings. My hotdog israw! And my onion rings are burnt! I will be going to classic 50s from now on or another sonic this sonic is horrible! Read more

Unfortunately I have had nothing but bad luck at this location. I always order on the app for ease and quickness. It seems like... this location it does the opposite. I had to drive off and leave my order this morning after waiting over 20 minutes for a drinkand breakfast burrito I had ordered ahead on the app. My order was ?on its way out? and never came. This is not the first timeI?ve waited 20+min at this location after ordering ahead. Super disappointed because it?s my closest location for work. Iunderstand staffing issues happen, but mobile ahead orders should still get taken care of or mobile orders turned off. Read more
