Just stopped by to get breakfast and the assistant manager was preparing our drinks- she sneezed out into the food prep area,... then wiped her nose with her hand and continued making our drinks, while coughing, etc. My husband tried to notify the personwho took our order, that he is tax exempt but they didn?t respond. When he gave the tax exempt card to the assistant manager,she got an attitude and said ?You need to tell us when you order it.? My husband said he did and she stomped off, mumbling toherself, then came back and said ?luckily I caught it?. Usually we have a decent experience here but today, that was not thecase. Read more
I'm not usually a person to complain and it does not take much to make me happy. But when you order through the app and then end... up waiting 20 minutes after arriving for only 2 drinks that's a little ridiculous. That's ok though, I am a patient person. Ifthat had been the only disappointment I would not be here writing this though. When our order did finally arrive the carhop didapologize for the wait claiming they were waiting on tea to brew. There is absolutely NO way that was fresh tea! It literallytasted like it had been in the urn for days! If it was indeed fresh tea then that urn needs to be thoroughly cleaned. I used towork at Sonic for many years and was shocked at the laziness when it came to keeping the tea urns clean. They MUST be takencompletely apart and washed EVERY SINGLE DAY! The spigot builds up mold and debre if you don't. You cannot just rinse it out!!This has happened far to many times at this location and I have asked privately several times to remedy this. This is such asimple fix that should not have to be brought to corporate attention. Such a shame really that this location cares so little forit's costumers. I was so excited when it was built as I live so far out in the country it was too far of a drive to go into townfor my sonic cravings. This is their large fry. Sorta half-full and ketchup/mints as a space filler for the rest of the box. Gave 3 stars because we... are pretty sure they were understaffed, and understand mistakes happen when rushing. Still, I feel like I wasted my money. Read more
HEALTH HAZARD!! I ordered 2 breakfast burritos 2 medium mozzarella sticks and 2 drinks and I ordered 10 minutes ahead on the app... and then when I got to the store I sat there for 20 minutes and the screen said that the carhop was on their way with our orderand no one came we had to push the red button and ask where our food was and then they said they had no record of it and thenthey finally gave us our order and when we got home one of the mozzarella sticks had a bite taken out and then I called thegeneral managers daughter with him sitting in the car next to her and he showed absolutely no care that one of his employees didthat and then I told one of the other carhops that I am friends with about it and they sent me a very dedicating picture of thetea pot that has been dirty for 3 days Read more
The food I received tonight was a cold nasty mess! I was too afraid to ask them to fix it. I didn?t want it spat on. It was bad... enough we recooked it just to try to salvage something. I hope they all get fired. Seriously. Something needs done before peoplestart getting sick. Read more
Refused to make me a grilled chicken sandwich. Claim they only make crispy now. Never heard of that and I know it's the same... chicken but one you just throw in a deep fryer and the other you throw on the grill. I'll definitely be calling corporatebecause it's kind of ridiculous that I can't choose how my sandwich is made. I also asked for light light ice in my drinkmultiple times and they did not listen.
