This is my go-to Bell in Norman but y?all should review proper sanitation with your employees. I watched homeboy ring up people... with gloves on, accepting cash and touching the safe, then going to the kitchen to make food without changing gloves. That?s aton of bacteria being put on my food. Great for wearing gloves but drastically diminishes the point if not changed betweenregister and making food. 3 stars cause this location is way better than the others I?ve been to. The staff was fine, but the food was absolutely disgusting. The soft tacos i ordered were covered in oil which tasted like pure... chemicals and was all over everything in the bag making it all taste terrible. Read more
Seriously y'all? I've been craving cinnamon twists. I had surgery 4 days ago. I felt good enough this evening to venture out to... my local Taco Bell to get some and they're not even cooked! No cinnamon or sugar on them at all. I haven't looked at the rest ofmy order yet.... I really hope the rest of it is right. Read more
Ordered online and when I got there the doors were locked and the drive in told me they didn't have my food. The app won't let... me cancel my order and they wouldn't refund. Not the first time this location screwed up, I don't know why I bother with themanymore. Read more
Nothing like ordering food and and then you get it and it's wrong!! I ordered 2 bean burritos with no cheese, I am allergic to... dairy taco bell says their bean burritos with no cheese is vegan.... This Taco Bell was one of the worst I?ve been to. Missing items from my order and half the order was wrong. The food was cold,... and just horrible. They couldn?t even understand how to put part of the cost on a debit card and the rest in cash. The employeeswere friendly though. Save your money! Don?t go here. Currently - slow, unfriendly, broken soda machine (no sign), and this is when the inside is empty besides us. But, all food... was hot, fresh, and tasty. They apologized for the slow response, the drive through was extra busy. So over all we got fedand we are happy. Read more
