Had a pulled pork taco and a shrimp taco. Added the Mexican rice as a side. The crunch of the slaw in the shrimp taco sets it... apart from other shrimp tacos and the bacon in the Mexican rice kicks it up a notch. Plenty of parking and quick service. Reasonable prices. Read more
I got the Baja Shrimp taco and the republican taco and enjoyed them both. The republican does have a bit of a kick with its... jalapeno cheddar sausage but I didn't find it overwhelmingly spicy. The chips and queso hit the spot as well! Read more

We can here for lunch on a Saturday for a nearby convention. The food was pretty good. For the volume of food, it is relatively... pricey. It has plenty of seatings, making it ideal to have a small meal while catching up with some friends. The bathroom wasclean. Aside from that, I probably would not eat here for the food alone. EDIT: Went again (Oct, 2021) This is now the Torchy's experience I expect based on having eaten at the original. Service was... solid, food was hot and fresh. They are no longer serving the higher quality fountain drinks, so I'm sad about that. Butoverall, I can now say yes this is a place I would recommend. **************** Not as good as the original. Queso is runny andcold (twice now). The staff here are nice, but food service is slow. Soooo slow. The tacos are good and the price is right, butI think they can do better. Read more

Always awesome food! The staff seemed a bit not friendly. Booths are now falling apart after years of serving delicious food... probably time to put some money back into the atmosphere and training on people skills for the staff. Read more
