I must have caught them on a bad day. Ordered 15 pc bone in mild combo. 15 Wings were overcooked, dry, tough, sitting in... grease. Too chewy to enjoy, and could not taste the buffalo sauce. Fries were soggy. Tea was good, and also the blue cheesedressing. I will check my order before I leave if I return. Read more

I will never order from this location again. I ordered my food for pick up at 7:10 pm and was told it would be ready in 15-20... minutes. I arrived at 7:34pm and was told it would be another 5-10 minutes, ave that was fine because it was busy. 30 minuteslater, still no food and when I asked how much longer they told me, "I don't know". I waited until 8:10 and still had no food, Iasked again ave they said "I don't know". I asked a few customer who got their food before me and they all ordered after me.When I told them to cancel my order they became even more rude. The young man that took my family's order was rude and not helpful did not care whatsoever, acting irritated with our coupon... used. Making us pay over a dollar for a ranch saying that the lunch combo 5 piece that we ordered with our coupon does not comewith any dip, as well as the 10 piece wings we got!! And when I told the young man that he needs to work on his customerservice skills he chuckled said okay. And there was no ice in the ice machines. Much better than Buffalo Wild Wings! I just stopped by for their 70 cent boneless wings (Monday and Tuesday) I got half mango... habenero and half spicy korean. The good: Service was great, I was immediately helped and my wings were hot and ready to gobefore I was able to get cozy. Sitting area was clean. Wings have a good flavor, a great breading-meat ratio, im pleased withthe selection of sauces I made. They also put a lot of sauce on my wings. It is a decent price for the wings since I went on aMonday. The bad: I?m slightly disappointed in the flavor of the mango habenero sauce. It doesn?t have a ton of flavor and isalso not very spicy considering it?s supposed to be the second most spicy flavor you can get. Some of my wings had chewy bitsthat I couldn?t eat. Ranch was kind of expensive for a small amount. In conclusion: I would reccomend this place. It?s justwhat I expected. So much better than Buffalo Wild Wings (I will save us all time and not even get into it) nothing crazy orground breaking but just good old Buffalo wings when you need a fix. Read more
My first visit to this location. The food took a bit long to prepare, but they were busy with to-go orders, so I get it. The... only reason for 4 stars is because they wouldn't let us eat inside the store on a VERY windy day. We made do. We were roadtripping, so that was really our only option for such messy food. No hot sauce in the car. We had garlic parm boneless,original hot and mango habanero bone-in. Everything was piping hot. The flavorings were terrific. With such sticky sauce Iexpected the mango hab to be too sweet. It was great. I tried a side of their hottest sauce. It was very good with all theother food dipped into it...fries, boneless, and bone-in were all good with it. The food was correct, hot, and delicious. Wewere shocked at the "side" of fries. Gigantic portion. My family of 3 could have shared 1 or 2 and had plenty. I will likelyeat here again, but probably not until the indoor seating is available. Read more
My order totaled almost $85. We didn't receive 90% of the order. I called the dasher and he wasn't helpful at all, maybe he... was too busy today. I called the restaurant, they didn't answer. We called back several times and I can only assume they tookthe phone off the hook due to a constant busy signal after they picked up and hung up. So, my husband drove to the store topick up our missing items. The girl at the counter wouldn't even acknowledge my husband and kept repeating "you're just goingto have to take it up with door dash" over and over interrupting him as he was just trying to explain he was here to get ourfood. You can imagine how that went! They also didn?t give us our order. We use door dash because on Sundays we don't want tohave to go to the store. We want to watch a game and the kids love their wings. The solution isn't a refund, we wanted to eat!Lol. The solution is a fix in a broken system. Dashers might need to be required to verify the order is correct becauseclearly the staff does not and for the love of everything, screen your employees better because this girl was rude. We ended upwith fries and a couple of wings for lunch! So I am grateful for atleast that ?? I never make bad google reviews because if Iread them I know other people do. Troy will be disappointed.
