I've ordered from this place 3 times and 3 times they have messed my order up. Each time I've attempted to order less so that... they could possibly get it right, each time they moss something. I've tried to call the store several times and not once havethey picked up. Whoever own this location need to hire people that are professional in dealing with the public. When you call they don't answer.... I ordered online they got my order wrong. Trying to call in but the unprofessional cashier will not answer the phone. I guessWingstop is hiring anyone nowadays. These current employees are not good for the public. It doesn't surprise me, that I seetheir door and glass busted out. Poor customer service at this location. I will not be back. Those employees should be & must beretrained on how to be courteous with the public. The cashier do not answer the phone. But when you go to the store. They are atfront counter joking, playing & running their mouth about nothing. They don't need a job we're they are cooking food for thepublic. If I could give them no stars I would! We spent $35 for food that they did not put in the bag then when we went back they were... not apologetic and reluctant to make things right. After two trips and finally getting home to taste our food the lemon pepperwings were horrible, they tasted like they poured lime juice all over the wings and we're super greasy. I would go out on a limbto say that even the owner of this Wingstop would not even eat those wings. I would not be putting a comment if this were thefirst time we've had issues with this location however this is the second time after trying to give them a second chance for ourbusiness that we have been massively disappointed. My food was hot and it was done on time. I ordered my meal online. I got my order, a young lady said thank you and I returned... said thank you. It was pleasant. Everything was good. This store is trash. Took 3 and a half hours to get my delivery then when it came they forgot my drink and I didn?t even get a... chance to speak to the driver because they hurried up and left before I can speak to them and the number they gave me wasn?tgood. Called the store 5 times and of course no one answered. Food was cold. This location needs to be employ better managementand employees. Will NEVER order here again. Read more

I?m sorry but this location needs new staff members. Tonight was horrible, They literally had to refund every Customer that came... in behind Me. Me & a couple of other customers paid for Our food online & couldn?t receive it. They were out of chicken but hadabout 10 orders just sitting. None of the orders belonged to any of The Customers in the store ! Then Someone came back & had toget a refund due to Their order being wrng.
