Ordered PaPa John's got merchant and customer copy from pizza hut. Which means someone else got my information. Also when I told... the driver I was missing part of my order he replied call and they will send another driver. That would have been fine if I wasnot on my way to work out of town. Waste of 50$. Maybe papa John needs some help from mama John ....you really feel like a John doe ....waiting for a uncooked dough ...it went... stale because they are that slow....the call themselves sandwich artist at sub way here I call drag artist ......they ignoredeveryone ........I think he ignored me the whole time I spoke ...I said no hot peppers he laughed it wasn't a joke... If I could give zero stars I would . I live 5 mins away from this place called at 8:10 pm they didn?t get to my door until... 9:30pm , on top of that I only ordered a set of wings an bread sticks , when they showed up food was damn near cold , orderedthe HoneyChipotle kind and as you can see not much chipotle or honey sauce . 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I am new to the area and staying g at a hotel, during covid delivery for food has been a huge help. My... husband and I had a mi or issue with the driver not knocking. Not a big deal, they are trying to push no contact delivery, so Iunderstand. But a knock still would've helped. I called and asked to speak to a manager, and was made to feel not only heard butunderstood and made to feel valued by the GM Courtney. Her customer service goes above and beyond. She personally delivered afresh hit pizza to us, within 20 minutes of my call. Can't thank you enough Courtney. You are amazing. Read more
I believe most of the negative reviews I?ve seen have been from delivery. I?ve had absolutely no problems with pickup here, and... I?ve been getting pickup for years! Pizza is always consistent, staff is extremely friendly, and orders are always correct.Better than some of the other pizza places in the area for sure. Read more
I?ve never had Papa John?s pizza. I?ve heard it?s the best ever, and my hotel had a promo code for delivery. I ordered online... directly from this Papa John?s location. About an hour later I got a call from the delivery driver, he was rude and yelled at mefor not giving clear instructions on delivery address, saying he was the next car in line. I indicated that I had, in fact,indicated the address, hotel name, and room number. Besides the fact that if you gps or Google the address I gave, the hotelname immediately comes up. (A fact I have myself verified.) He again chastised me for not giving clear address/deliveryinstructions and hung up. I called the store, and was informed they had no delivery drivers so they door dashed my order out, sothe store didn?t give clear delivery instructions. Finally, my order arrived, over an hour after I placed it. At the door thedoor dash driver again chastised me, showing me on his phone that the address was incorrect. I tried to explain that I did notorder from him, I ordered from Papa John?s. The pizza was completely squished to one side, and lukewarm. It?s hard to say if itwould have tasted better served fresh.
