The customer service is hit and miss here. The workers appear overworked and often angry. Some days they are friendly and... helpful. It's a crapshoot. The drinks are always good however (hence the ****). Read more

This place is the best...Alec, Jasper...and a few others I can't name (sorry) are the best!! Store #334 is one of the nicest,... cleanest and best places to visit. I work near by and come here like 3 times a day or so and they are so efficient, friendly andhardworking. As a customer I appreciate all their time ???? and hard work! THANK YOU???? Read more

I went drive thru to get coffee today. I ordered a latte with no foam. Once i got my coffee, i noticed it was full of foam. I... let the batista, i ordered with no foam. His response was " there is only two people working. Do you really want us to remakeit?" So the reason for my coffee not made right is because there is two people working. He says with straight face "yes". Icould be petty and ask for my coffee to be made right, but i also didn't trust them remaking it. This is not okay. This isn'tthe first time and it happens all over starbucks. What's the point of me ordering no foam coffee, if they're going to add onit anyways. Read more

Spent over 25 minutes in drive thru to pick up an online order. Just to finally get to the window and have the order be... incorrect. I don't mean like they put whip on when I said no whip, they made a blended green drink instead of caramel crunchfrappe? Very weird. And the excessive wait time for wrong orders is just non sense. Not as it used to be... :-( This location has gone down hill within the past year. It now takes 20-30 minutes to get through the... drive-thru compared to less than 10 minutes even when the line was very long! The staff are nice but most don't seem to have asense of urgency. Janelle must not be manager anymore cause she kept this location fine tuned! And where is Sierra! She wasalways so perky and speedy! Read more

I don't normally write reviews but this morning I waited 23 minutes for a simple latte. While the staff was friendly at the... drive through there was no acknowledgment of the long wait. There appeared to be many people working in the store. This is thelatest in a continuous series of overly long waits (different times and days of the week). Unfortunately I will have to find anew favorite coffee shop. Read more
