Orders are often incorrect which we usually overlook. Today's order arrived without the drinks on 6 different meal orders. I... called the store and they said there is nothing they can do about it and that he is too busy to talk to me. I go into this location regularly, and I have had multiple run-ins with a older gentlemen with long hair. Most of which are... uncomfortable however tolerable on the whole, if you can handle someone talking over the top of you pretty consistently. Howevertoday I mentioned a news headline and he went off on several political topics of which I felt uncomfortable discussing and afterasking to change the subject because we had different opinions, he continued to speak on certain topics that made me feelextremely uncomfortable while he was helping me with my order. Management consistently understaffs the store. One worker, Jory, threw away my mobile order printout during a busy time. Order... was due at 5:15. It still wasn?t ready by 5:35. Jory said his coworker didn?t tell him about it. Further, he said he was busyand wasn?t going to make it. It didn?t matter that I already paid for it. The worst customer service ever! Guy behind the counter with longer hair had a major attitude. Began yelling at me the second I... walked into the store ?too many people in the store ? over and over again. Not once did he ask me and m to wait outside untilcustomers left. When we pulled up, the girl working was outside gossiping with her friends. As we went into the store she let us know the store... itself was not accepting coupons, which we completely understood, and we?re going to order any way but The way she handled thesituation was very unprofessional which caused us to all leave. I love this subway but will not return when she is working untilshe learns how to properly speak to customers in a tone that is not condescending. Very unpleasant encounter. Read more
The lovely lady behind the counter made this subway experience great! She was friendly, and all the food looked picture perfect.... All neatly displayed and really clean. Best subway ever! Plus the SMORES cookies are fresh baked and BOMB. I ate it too fast totake a pic. but next time I'll be sure to!! Read more
