I went there today to get a sandwich and I?m waiting in line. Midway the man cooking there (I presume some sort of manager with... earbuds in) cooking asked ?if I wanted no mayo lettuce and tomato.? I said ?yes? that I don?t want it. He gives me a confusedlook so I clarified it by telling him again, and he told me ?to pay attention?. Honestly I?d expect more patience from someoneordering the other employees around. Especially towards the customer. I guess you get what you get when you go to a low tiersandwich shop. Don?t even waste your time here. Panda Express right next to them has way better food and they don?t stressfullyyell at you while cooking it in front of you. Read more

I placed a delivery order on the website on Sunday 7/17 at 5pm for the Norridge location. The restaurant closes at 6pm. The... delivery confirmation notated that I would receive the order by 6:03 pm. In the delivery updates I noticed the drivers name keptchanging however, I was still supposed to receive my order by 6:03. Needless to say, the order never came. I called therestaurant, no answer. I contacted the driver and she kept me in the loop by reaching out to me. She did confirm therestaurant had closed at this point. I called the delivery company and they advised they would cancel the order but I needed toreach out to the restaurantas well since the order was placed on the restaurants website. I've called the restaurant everydaysince the occurrence to no avail. The restaurant charged me for a service not provided and I have been unsuccessful in reachinganyone at this location. The phone rings endlessly or it rings and sounds if someone picks up and hangs the phone up. It is now8/4 and I still haven't received my refund from this location. I ordered delivery from here today and was so disappointed to see that my drink was drank from. :( The lid and safety sticker... were punctured from a straw, more than an inch of the drink was missing, and to top it off there was one less straw in the bagfrom my order. Among other things (which I didn?t care THAT much about) were that my order was slightly wrong, it was deliveredan hour late, and my sandwich was soggy and cold. :( Read more

I ordered 4 sandwiches and got 3. When I called about it I was told it wasn't on the order. Then I was told the "chef" made it.... I explained I didn't get it and was told I had to contact Doordash to get refund. Doordash refused to give me refund because Iused google to order which meant the restaurant has to give the refund. But dd is giving the restaurant a refund. ? Called therestaurant back and was hung up on multiple times. These people are some kind scam artists. Don't believe it's a realrestaurant. And the food sucks definitely not worth the money. Read more

Went for the first time today. Ordered a philly steak and cheese fries with peach tea. Everything was incredible the sandwich... was great, the tea had peach pieces and the cheese fries was actually creamy . Will be back. Read more

Apli the manager was very sarcastic , rude , and unprofessional. She had a sarcastic attitude and was racist. She should not be... attending costumers . If she does not want to have her job there then give it to somebody else. Ridiculous I had to pay $17 forthis type of treatment. Horrible experience will never come back Read more

I've been here like 3 times because I actually like the food (well more than the other mall food places). Its honestly the same... problem every time I come in. Your staff is probably the slowest and unintelligent group to ever walk this earth. If I have toexplain to someone with no language barrier between us 4 times I do no not want mayo, I think things have gotten out of hand.That's just one example, it's not hard to make a sandwich, it's not hard to take an order. If you hire better people and notthe bottom of the bucket ill totally give you more stars, but until then; since I believe 2 is a high as your employees cancount, that's all you get. Read more
