This is the second time we have found hair in our food. No one wears hair nets and hair is dropping in the food they are... serving. We went to try to speak to a manager but the worker never got the manager. So I hope this helps someone out and theyfinally get this figured out. Read more
30-50 min wait time from the moment you stand in line to the moment to receive food. You might see as many as 5 employees but... none taking orders only walking from side to side. Now I avoid it if I see a line and go to any other place in the food court.Plus side is the food is good but it?s so badly managed. Read more

Slowest experience I've ever had. The staff here is untrained and slower than a turtle I spent my lunch break waiting in line.... They had one person on the line I felt bad for them very bad management. The place opens at 11 but don't come until 12 that'swhen they'll have everything prepared. Worst panda express I've ever been at. I came back here to pick up dinner and my god.There's 1 person trying to serve a line that stretches half way thru the food court. The management needs to learn how toschedule people. The popeyes next door has 3 people at the register along with the McDonald's. But this panda just doesn't wantto have more people on the line to serve food. It's ridiculous i might as well drive to the village crossing one it'll take thesame time to drive there and back before I get up front here. Avoid this location unless you want to waste time. The worst localization I?ve been. There is always problem with everything. I ordered online meal for 6 people and didn?t get... even one fortune cookie. My husband went to pick up the order and had to wait 45 minutes. He didn?t get everything what Iordered. You have to keep an eye on them all the time if you want to get everything as you ordered. It wasn?t just one time.It?s every time I go at this location. One star is to much for them !!! Read more
