Service was slow due to short staff. However, our waitress great. The food was only warm when it finally came out. We requested... more fries. They came so late were were done eating. The waitress packed them to go. The ice cream was out so we could not ordermilk shakes. The restrooms were in need of cleaning. This wasn't the best experience we have had at RR. Been coming here for 5 years. Our waitress was by far the worst. Idk if she was out to lunch or just too busy talking to her... coworkers by the bar/ register area- sides were missing, my food was wrong. Her 3 coworkers had to help her in her section thatonly had three tables dinning in. She took forever to get change when we told her before hand we?re using cash. I customized my cheese burger, and it was so perfect dinner after a long day!

They did not have lemon four our water neither did they have any of their milkshakes as their machine was not working. We had... the veggie burger and it was decent. Burgers were good n all and the peach iced tea was great but for some reason there was no one at the front to seat guests when... we walked in? The restaurant was mostly empty so it's not that they were too busy. One of the people I came in with had to goget someone to come seat us after we waited for a bit ??????????? Had to wait a while for someone to seat me. But Edwin who I believe is the busboy helped seat me and took my order. He was very... nice. Give him 5 stars!
