Let me just start off by saying that this is by far the best pizza place in chicago I?ve been ordering from here for years and... never get tired of the chicago stuffed pizza. However, the last 4 times I?ve ordered I?ve noticed a huge difference in qualityof the chicago stuffed pizza - less cheese and less garlic on top of my pizza. They definitely have a new cook and it shows inthe overall outcome of the pizza. customer service is always nice and the owner is always nice to her patrons. This is the WORST customer service I?ve EVER experienced in my life, with a ridiculously rude and disrespectful owner. We placed... a large order and was told our food would be delivered within 45 minutes. After an hour, we called to check on the status of ourfood as it still hadn?t been delivered. They ?checked? on the order and claimed it was out for delivery. After another 15minutes, we still hadn?t received our order and called again. Then, they told us they never made our order and our ticket gotlost. When we asked how that happened when they had JUST informed us that our food was out for delivery, they had nothing to sayand hung up on us. When we called again and requested a refund and our food to be delivered, after we had waited for nearly anhour and a half, the owner rudely said ?I?m not going to do that. I?m a business man and you?re trying to take advantage of me.?And for a SECOND TIME, they hung up on us. When we called back, the owner ?stepped out? and had someone else handle our issue.This place is insanely unprofessional, has horrible customer service, and deserves 0 stars and 0 business. Save yourself thetrouble and go to any other restaurant in the Chicagoland area unless you want to be upset by the service and the owner?sterrible attitude. Read more
Disappointed that the chicken Cesar salad I've had from here b4 was absolutely not the same what I got seemed to b a house salad... with chicken, onions n tomatoes... which never come on the reg Cesar salad. Read more
I have been ordering here from the late '80s and it is still as good as ever! The thin crust pizza is fantastic, tried the... cheesy beef also today and it was very good! We need to keep these old school places in business! Read more
The Real Deal Have now ordered both delivery and sit-down at this restaurant. The food is what makes this place! Awesome pizza... (we had the thin crust), linguini with clams, Calamari and The Italian Beef, amazingly good. All portions were more than fairand the quality... outstanding. Sit-down is a casual pizzeria environment, but the food is what really shines here. Really nicepeople too. Highly recommend! Do not hesitate. Read more
I've only gotten delivery. BEST minestrone soup in the world. Really hits when you're feeling a little cold or like you might... get sick. Pizza is great, good ingredients. Love the panzerotti-- just nice dough texture and flavors. Read more
