This Dunkin has serious issues with retaining employees. Typically, they?re understaffed, which leads to waiting 20+ minutes... when there is a line. If I want a coffee, I just end up driving to Madison because I know they can move a line within 5 minutes.Often times, the person taking my order at the drive through is pretty rude, which makes me not even want anything from thisplace. There are some very nice employees who work here, but it?s just not worth the trouble anymore. Read more

All though the iced coffee was great I had to settle with something I did not go there for. Suggest keeping after 3 food more... accommodating. Read more

Always stop in when we are in Norridgewock. Sometimes they're a little busy, but in my opinion that just means they're good.... Always had good coffee, and very friendly service. Read more

I just had a very awkward transaction where I sat in the drive thru and listened to the lady who took my order cuss me out (the... drive thru window was open) because I had the audacity to order a hot pumpkin spice latte and she heard iced pumpkin spicedlatte. She called me f:$@ing annoying and said a few other mean things. The young man who took my money was nice, but I guessI should not annoy the people at Dunkin anymore. Thank goodness we are headed into Tim Horton?s territory!! Read more

This place is extremely slow and is notorious for messing up orders. Older Lady who wears glasses works most mornings and has... dark hair is always rude over the intercom and at the window. She has messed up my order more than once and everytime is like Ididn't hear you say that....well if you actually take the time too listen to a person's order instead of saying anything elsebefore they finish ordering...the order wouldn't get messed up. Stop worrying about your next smoke break and facebook time andtake a paying customers order right the first time. Read more

We order from Norridgewock, every single day. And I have been only doing the online ordering because it is easier for me.... Everytime I order and go and get it. The worker always forget something on my order. Yesterday, I order 6 hash browns, halfdozen of donuts, a XL coffee and 4 wake up wraps and 10 munkins. So, I drove all the way home and I went to go give my kids thefood and I only got 1 Hashbrown( when I what suppose to have 6) my half dozen of donuts was wrong. And I didn't even get mymunkins. So, I drove all the way back to get what I paid for and I told them that every single time I order. My order is notright. I told the Manager that they should really read the whole order. And they look at me and told me right to my face thatnone of them read the online order all the way. This should really be fixed. We are about to stop coming to this donut donuts. Read more

Despite only having three employees at one of the busiest times of the day. Also despite the fact that these were new employees.... They were able to get through without much of a hitch. After waiting twenty minutes at another Dunkin location and not gettingmy order at all. I would say these inexperienced employees did very well. Read more

I stopped at this location before going into work and when I sat down to eat once I had arrived at work I saw that my bagel was... completely burnt and not edible. This is not the first time this has happened. I understand mistakes happen but as an employeewould you be okay with eating this? I also don?t understand how an employee could give this to a customer.
