I ordered curbside pickup on 11/27/22 and it was not the best experience. 1st my order was supposed to be done at 8:16pm. When... I pulled up a little after, I sat outside until 8:40pm and no one came out with my food. So, I called for my order and my orderwas never made. I spoke with the manager who was professional and she apologized and said a dasher must've taken the food.(Everything gets blamed on the dashers) She did give me 2 free appetizer cards and a $10 off my next meal card. I had to waitadditional 25mins for that and when the lady brought my food out they forgot my bourbon chicken and shrimp smh. So, I had to goback in there and another lady assisted me and said they didn't put it in the order but it was on the receipt smh. So, not onlydid I wait over 30 mins to get my order, they didn't give me my whole order and my fries were cold smh. I was over them by thenand will not eat take out from here again. Read more
the food was mixed reviews. The Alfredo chicken and broccoli was the best. But not enoug broccoli. the veggie bowl was way too... too spicy. so if you like spice this is the place. the chicken shrimp sauce did not do justice to it. Weird taste. Read more

Waiter was very friendly ??. Our son met my husband and I here for Father's Day. We haven't been to Applebee's in long time... because my husband stopped because they stopped serving the Orange Chicken Bowl. The one where we live has become more of a teenhangout in the evenings which I don't begrudge them, it's just not geared towards family or older couples. But your AudubonApplebee's (which we were at earlier in the evening 3:30-4) was very good, calm, friendly and clean atmosphere.. We all got the2 for $30 steak dinners. Love the garlic mashed potatoes. Thought the portions were good, What looked like 2 large ice creamscoops of potatoes. To me it's more healthy proportioned to finishing up without take home (even though we did have a littletake home). The only one of us that had any problem was my husband, some of his steak was a little tough for some reason theother 3 were fine ???? ????. Would like to visit this Applebee's again ???? ????. My 8 year old daughter got food poisoning from here. We called to let them know and the manager refused to believe it, because... it was "only mac and cheese and a mango smoothie". Well let me tell you, it could have been a chef, waiter, ANY employee thatdidn't wash their hands properly after handling raw meat. It could've been ANY cutting board, plate, dish, ANY contaminateditem. We weren't looking for a refund. I want to warn others to be aware when eating here. Read more
