Nice people and foods always hot but they don't care for doordashers. they lock the doors when ever they won't and then I have... to wait in long drive thru lines which hurt my money and arrive times when working and not realizing that we are doing a servicefor them to cuz they don't deliver themselves and we do it for the which makes them more money..if u want something deliveredand if we don't do it u will go somewhere else and that would be money lost on there part if not for us Read more

The young lady at the drive thru window was most gracious, thoughtful, and kind. They clearly seemed understaffed. Service was... slow. My Whopper had the husk of an onion included, but tasted good. Fries were fresh and hot. Read more

Avoid at all costs. This is close to my house so I try and pull in sometimes. Pro tip, if the line isn?t moving leave. Some... shifts they only have one or two employees in the whole building. You can wait 20+ mins just to have your order taken, it?sinsanely unprofessional to run a place like this. On the few occasions they have staff working I often don?t get napkins orsauce. Read more

This location is quite a mess. I understand they want to get the people in and out but they need to work on accuracy with the... orders and not how fast they can get through the line. I love that they give the kids an opportunity but people teach themcustomer service and getting people what they paid for. I?m sure that if you focus more on customer service and getting orderscorrect , this place can give chick fil a some competition. ???? Read more

1st the order issue. Ordered a 4 piece chicken nuggets kids meal with applesauce, apple juice, and vanilla soft serve in a cup.... I received chicken nuggets and fries only. I then asked for the ice cream in a cup while he was playing on the playground. Ireceived it in a cone and had to pay separately even though it was to be part of the meal. I later realized there was no applejuice when my son asked for it. Had to go back up for that leaving him and my 4 month old again in the play area. It REALLY wasnot a difficult order. 2nd. The place is disgusting. I am not a clean freak, my son goes to daycare, but there is a certainexpectation especially for a food chain that does not want to encourage rodents and roaches. None of the tables looked wipeddown and food and napkins all over the floor. It was 12:30 so it could not have all been from that day. I had to go up in theplay area and help my son at one point. It was so filthy with straws, trash, dirt, and food I don't think it's ever been clean. I literally stripped my son before getting him in the car and gave him a bath once home. First I'll start by saying I am a VERY patient individual. I know this review won't matter because I'm only one customer, but... this is a reflection of your poor work ethic. At least 3 minutes I waited for anyone to say anything at the drive thru when Iwas the only one in line. When I got to the window, I was asked to pull up because my mobile order wasn't ready yet, fine. 15minutes went by and a kid comes out to ask what the name on my order was. He leaves, comes back 5 minutes later and tells methey gave my order to someone else. He asked for my receipt and he took a picture of it. Another 20 minutes goes by and themanager comes out to say they're working on it. Another 10 minutes goes by so I go inside, THEN they start bagging my order. Themanager was yelling at his employees to get the order ready because I've waited for an hour. There were at least 7 people inthere working. I didn't even wait to get my full order at that point because I couldn't believe I wasted so much time in the BKparking lot. The worst part is my food was cold when they gave it to me. I know expectations are low for fast food restaurantsbut it was just poor management all around and that's putting it lightly. Do better. Read more
