Ordered carside here. One of the pizzas was totally wrong, we ate it anyway. Employee who brought the order out to my car was... totally rude, didn't acknowledge my presence nor my request to leave pizzas on passenger seat. This is a review for location on 2N Park Ave. I was reluctant to order as anytime I do so, there is a wait time issue regardless... if you choose delivery or pick up. I decided to give it another try as this is a new location. Should have never done so. Whileorder was completed rather quickly, when I got home I found that it was wrong. I called, the person who answered did not evenbother to apologize, asked if I want to pick up the right item, I said yes. When I got there the employee said that he did notknow that I wanted it redone as I hang up on him. No such thing. And another employee confirmed in front of me that I wanted itredone. He said ok, give me 10min. I had to wait again...He brought it out to my cat said here you go and left. Not at any timean apology was given for providing me with the wrong item. Love this place we order from them all the time. When they make a mistake they always make it right! Gluten free pizza is good... too! Delivery is fast too! Edit used to love this place now I find put they won't accept cash legal US tender! They won't takeit! So I will be going to Papa John's they have no issue taking my money! Even if this is a company policy it is the law youhave to accept cash! Your company should be ashamed of itself! Read more
