This is a review for location on 2N Park Ave. I was reluctant to order as anytime I do so, there is a wait time issue regardless... if you choose delivery or pick up. I decided to give it another try as this is a new location. Should have never done so. Whileorder was completed rather quickly, when I got home I found that it was wrong. I called, the person who answered did not evenbother to apologize, asked if I want to pick up the right item, I said yes. When I got there the employee said that he did notknow that I wanted it redone as I hang up on him. No such thing. And another employee confirmed in front of me that I wanted itredone. He said ok, give me 10min. I had to wait again...He brought it out to my cat said here you go and left. Not at any timean apology was given for providing me with the wrong item. Love this place we order from them all the time. When they make a mistake they always make it right! Gluten free pizza is good... too! Delivery is fast too! Edit used to love this place now I find put they won't accept cash legal US tender! They won't takeit! So I will be going to Papa John's they have no issue taking my money! If you want fast delivery. Hot pizza. And some one answer the phone when ur order is missing item. Don't call this place. 2... hours waiting. Cold saggy pizza. drink. Never got delivered. They have 1 driver. Papa john has much better service . And theirmanagers. Handle issues much better than the one who tell you . You are lucky to get your food. I have only one driver. Read more
Do not order from this location!! Took 1 1/2hrs to receive my order after it was reported coming out of the oven. Then when it... arrived the driver forgot my drink and said he would go back and get it. After an hour of waiting for my drink I called them tofind out why this still hasn?t been delivered. They told me it would be going out shortly. Still haven?t received my drink afterspeaking to the driver 2hrs ago. Ordered delivery and was quoted about 27 minutes. Over an hour later I called and was told it would be another hour. Cancelled... the order and will never order from Domino's again. I should have known better, there is a reason they have terrible reviews. Read more
