Poor customer service! Found a long curly hair in my pizza and asked to speak with the manager (Brianne) who was rude and stated... that noone in the store has long curly hair! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION This place has no business being open, in its current state. I ordered online, got a time... estimate for the order to be ready. Waited more than double that time estimate, with no change to the order status, and hoppedin the car to go see what was up. I got there 50 minutes after placing the order, and they hadn't even started making it yet.For some context, this is not some busy metro location where orders are flying in and pizza is flying out the door. I saw ONEperson working the entire store, and he was pretty clearly in the weeds, being expected to make everything by himself. Makessense now why no one picked up the phone when we called to check on things. Steer clear, until the owners figure out how to getsome employees. I'd be shocked if this place lasts a year. I ordered 2 hours ago at this location. I called 10mins later after I ordered because I wanted to add sauce to my order. I was... then told they were JUST about to call me because they can?t deliver to my location because I?m not in the radius. Theycanceled my order. 2 hours later the driver comes to my house. Completely unacceptable and of course I threw him a tip because Ifelt bad. And when I called them to explain, general manager Michele was completely clueless saying she?s ?new? to the store.Take some accountability for your store! Read more
