On my last visit here with my mom this past Sunday, I was going to order the Baja Bowl for myself as it is the only vegan option... on the menu; however, they were out of the rice quinoa blend for the bowl. No worries?I just figured I?d go eat somewhere else.However, in an attempt to be helpful, the cashier called me over to the register to help me find other menu options that couldbe made vegan. With the cashier seeming to be new, she didn?t have a great understanding of all of the menu options, so sheasked her manager, Diana, if any other menu options could be made vegan. Diana was the least bit helpful, suggesting for me tojust look at the menu for any meals with the letter ?V? next to them (the letter ?V? on Panera Bread?s menu meant that the mealwas vegetarian, not vegan). From this response, I could tell that Diana had no effort or care to help out her customers, andthis lack of care over customer?s dietary needs and lack of knowledge of the menu is absolutely despicable of a manager! PaneraBread needs to hire managers that put in the effort to actually learn their menu and actually want to help customers with theirneeds. Anyways, the cashier still tried her best to help me find vegan options on the menu by pulling out her phone and googlingall of the ingredients in all of Panera Bread?s menu options (such a sweetheart). And despite finding meals and adjusting themto be made vegan for me, the line still managed to mess up my order despite her effort. Now, I will never be returning to thisPanera Bread due to their lack of vegan options and the lack of effort in part of the manager, Diana, and the workers on theline. Read more
The cashier was polite however they were out of many things. Then they made both sandwiches wrong. The white blonde girl making... the sandwiches had an attitude because she had to remake the sandwiches and the black or hispanic girl who had her hair in aponytail that day, also came over and was LOUD and RUDE. She LOUDLY asked do I want something else and I said No I just want thesandwiches made correctly. The receipt also said that they will give you a free treat for your trouble if your order is notcorrect. They did NOT give anything. Read more
Good fresh bread, delicious soups, salads, sandwiches, smoothies, baked goods. Nice place to sit and chat; very long window so... lots of seating along it. Interesting people watching here, there was someone painting with watercolors last time I dropped by.Order ahead is great, lovely staff! Always very polite and on top of everything. Read more
I'll start by saying the food pictured was delicious. However, this was priced a bit over $10 yet this is the portion. I'm fine... with portion control when I'm given the size option, but for that amount I expected a fuller bowl.. All I did in this picturewas remove the item from the bag, curse loudly after seeing it, place my fork down and sigh while taking this picture. My son'sflatbread pizza also taste noticably stale.... I threw the entire thing out. If I lived closer I'd have raise hell. Overall thatwas a first and last visit. Read more
Always enjoy visiting this store. The staff are very courteous and polite. Even though there were a few people ahead of me, I... only had to wait a few minutes for my order. They have a great selection of bagels, breads, and pastries. They have a nice wellrounded menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Read more
This location looks more opened space than other locations where I have been. The service of my mobile phone order was... speedy. There was no contact with any staffs so that I don't have any opinion about the service quality of their staff. Becauseof the reason, it took a little while to find the location of picking up my coffee....so it's four stars. Read more
Took a trip to LA Fitness around the corner! Great establishment. After cleaning up I realized it was lunch time.. Ah a Panera... down the lane from The complex. Food is fantastic, baked goods are fantastic, just the coffee lids are awful. My coffee is constantly spilling out from under... the lid and gets everywhere. So, please change your lids. Read more
