BEWARE the stuffed crust. ???? Twice I got violently sick the night after eating it and now I've taken a closer look to realize... that it's not simply melted stretchy cheese but also raw stretchy dough still left in the crust. I ordered a large pizza at 7:30 and it arrived at 8:05 hot and fresh! The tracker was totally accurate and the delivery person... followed the instructions I left perfectly. Super happy with the service I received as well as the speed and quality! Will orderagain. Read more
We ordered a stuffed crust pizza last night. After about an hour and a half of waiting, I called to see if it was on the way.... The app said it was on the way for about and hour and I literally live 2 miles from the store. The manager asked me to hold onand then came back on the line to tell me it was on the way and then HUNG UP! I was about to call back and ask for an e.t.a.when the delivery person called. He proceeded to tell me that my address did not exist. I'm sorry, what??? I can assure you I donot live in an alternate universe. I've lived in the same house for over 30 years and I'm pretty sure I've mastered memorizingmy address. When the delivery person finally finds me (I was standing outside waving and he literally drove right by me 4times.) he hands me my now ice cold pizza. Not a word of apology. Not a word... period. Just a look of thinly veiled contempt.We didn't even eat it because of how nasty the driver looked at us. It wasn't even sealed so we were afraid it was tamperedwith. If I could give this papa John's less than one star, I would do it. Fortunately there are a hundred pizzerias around hereso this is no loss. Order at your own peril. Read more
AVOID IF PLACING AN ORDER FOR DELIVERY! They just cannot handle deliveries and they should be honest with their customers about... that. Waited 3.5 hours - no pizza. Not sure what business model they're using, but if the goal is to stop people frompatronizing them, they are doing a great job. UPDATE: The delivery person actually showed up at my door at midnight (6.5 hoursafter I ordered and 3 hours after I cancelled my order). Read more
I made an order from the Papa Johns located in 2810 Ridge Pike, Norristown, PA 19403 and waited over 2 hrs and never received... it. I live approximately 10 minutes from the location and when I called at 9:50pm a rep from the location informed me that itwas going to be another 1hr and 30 minute wait. Instead of coming with any solutions he was making up worthless excuses. At thevery least he could've been more due diligent with my order and offered an option to pick it up with an added compensation forpaying for the delivery fee plus tip. I declined the order after expressing my frustration to him and I definitely did not wanta stale pizza with the possibility of them spitting on my food. He rudely expressed that maybe I should've ordered from DoorDashafter I told him that DoorDash picks up from that location regardless of the locations lack of delivery staff. This should'vebeen more properly mitigated and I'll never order from that place again while highly recommending that everyone else shouldavoid from that location. A guy comes to your shop 5 minutes before closing. What do you do? Chris decided to provide excellent service and hook me up and... make a pizza even though he could have told me they were closed. Ok. The store seemed a little disorganized. App said my order ready, and when I got there they said it wasn't. Then they took... labels off one box and put it on another. Then gave it to me, here you go. I wondered if I would get the right order. Thepizza taste was nothing to brag about. Sauce was bland, not too much cheese. I got wings as well, they were ok. However, In myopinion, Dominos is superior. I'll go there next time. Read more
