Always have a problem at this location. Down south these are my go to shops. I will now avoid this location at any cost. All... employees would rather talk amongst themselves and pout when asked to get cigs while still in the middle of conversation. Wish I could rate a 0 star. This place is horrible. Whenever the employees do not feel like working they turn off registers and... say they?re no longer selling things and only doing gas. (At random times of the day) They are not understaffed for them to beturning off registers. The food orders are ALWAYS wrong and food is always dry and old. Employees are lazy and incompetent, andalways have an attitude if you complain. Read more
I am pleased with royal farms. Great chicken. Only reason they aren't open 24 7 is because lack of employees. I was there... tonight at 1130 pm ... she said tonight and tomorrow open all night because they have the staff. I will always be a customerbecause not only do I love thier chicken... Terrible. There's never anyone behind the counter, the self checkout counters are frequently not working and sometimes they... don't even unlock both entrances. I tried the food twice and was very disappointed. I have heard good things about royal farmsin general however this store doesn't have much going for it. Read more
This location opened yesterday and I had to go and check out their world famous chicken!! There is plenty of parking, clean... store and friendly staff. Please update the hours of service! After I get off long hours of work I'd expect a store that's supposed to be open 24 hours,... to actually be opened! They lock the doors and open when they want to which is unfair for people who may need to use cash to getgas! Or maybe some one who needs a freaking water. Do better. Read more
