I had a delicious and fast meal here yesterday. We had burgers on gluten free buns, which were nice and soft. Also my friend's... phone died and the staff let us charge the phone behind the counter! Big thanks for that, getting the phone to 9%! Read more

1st time customer, at the Andover location. Traveling through and was headed to 5 Guys, and thought I'd try an "independent" for... a change (didn't realize it was a franchise), as 5Gs prices have risen and portions declined. The made-to-order flame grilledburger was a pleasant change, but even smaller portion for the price. The French fries had a flavorful seasoning similar to RedRobin, but again had a small portion and were undercooked. I try to be tolerant and understanding, but repeating myorder/instructions 5 times because the order taker doesn't understand fluent English was frustrating, especially when she keptsoftly mumbling her queries through her mask.. Watching the staff preparing food, the one employee kept pulling down her mask asshe sampled the food. Nope, won't be back..
